So good!! Anyone who remembers Smurf Ice Cream from kings island will LOVE theirs.
While the softserve ice cream is quite typical (meaning, it's not outstanding), the Slush Puppies are great. The staff does not chintz on the flavoring.Staff is pleasant. Service is fast. Outside seating is available. Parking is limited.
I cannot say how much I love this place. Teeny, tiny, hole-in-the-wall, Beavercreek's best kept little secret. I've been going here over 30 years and have never had a bad experience. They serve limited flavors of soft-serve ice cream; multiple options of cups, bowls, or cones; and several flavors of dip-top. Trust me... Get the dip-top!! ?
Brought my family who was in town for a couple of days. Inside the store they tout on every window that they accept a number of electronic methods of payment (Apple pay, Google pay, and credit). They take all of our orders (6 people in our party - 3 children) and even supply the first order's ice cream. After ordering, the woman says they are only taking cash because their card machine is down, yet has me try the card two times to no avail. We explain that we do not carry cash and have a total of $4 in cash. She proceeds to declare that the ice cream she already gave us was $6 after we'd stated that we had $4 in cash. I offered to write a check (which I just so happened to have from another recent transaction), and she denied to accept it. She took the $4, and withheld the remaining ordered items (again, 3 children present). My husband went to the nearby gas station to get cash from their ATM. Meanwhile, one women behind us was so furious that she gave my sister in law $6 cash for my niece and nephews stating, " they could have at least given ice cream to the children." We are regular, run of the mill folks. We don't carry cash because this is increasingly a cashless world. Instead of doing the right thing, this business made it seem like not having cash (despite their many signs for accepting e-payment) was our fault. We would not have ordered if they didn't state explicitly in writing in their store that they accepted other forms of payment. Won't be back.
Amazing local place for fantastic ice cream. They get special flavors at different times of the year like blueberry, in the summer. They also have these things called a Dole whip, think of your favorite flavors such as orange or raspberry in a whipped sherbet like form. Very refreshing and definitely a fave. I also enjoy the different dips that they have, not just your standard chocolate either but my favorite actually is in the Summer where they have a birthday cake batter. Soooo yummy. Great for a date night, taking the kids, on a hot summer day or in the colder days because why not. You will not be disappointed.
A Beavercreek classic, and I'm glad they're now offering dairy free Dole whip! The flavors change each week or so, but it's nice for such a small shop to have that available for those who can't eat dairy ice cream.
We got two malts! One chocolate and one pineapple and they were so thick and delicious! Incredible treats and great, professional service! Thank you!
I have been going to this parlor since I was a child. My grandparents got me hooked on the ice cream (wasn't hard with its quality). The staff are polite and quick about what they do! Ice cream is delicious and it's such a comfortable place to enjoy the day either with someone or alone. I will continue to visit JetFreeze until the universe tells me otherwise!
Very nice place. Very clean and I really enjoyed my chocolate/vanilla twist cone with sprinkles. It is an old school soft serve ice cream place. They have all kinds of flavors for shakes and such as well.Not a big eat in area, but still sweet and worth a visit.
The girls who served us were very friendly and helpful in choosing exactly what we were looking for! There is quite a huge variety here, something for everybody! I recommend the lemon Dole whip, it was great! ?
