I'll choose Jersey Mike's over any other sub place EVERY TIME, if there's one around and here's why. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED the service I received and witnessed today. Jersey Mike's not only has delicious food but also a Gluten Free bread option which most sub shops like SUBWAY do not, but also I went in today with my wife and as soon as I mentioned being Gluten Free the person working the cutter asked another worker there if he knew how to do an allergen sensitive order and since he did not, she immediately took the initiative to teach him which is so wonderful and caring and the absolute BEST customer service type of experience
Stopped to get a giant Italian made Mike's way with oil/vinegar on the side because I don't like soggy bread. The guy who made my sandwich put lots of oil/vinegar on my sandwich. The young lady who took my order said someone to him. I was standing there watching the whole thing. He took the lettuce and tomatoes off, then added more and wrapped it up. Needless to say with having a 30 minute drive home, my bread was beyond soggy. Twenty dollars down the drain. Very frustrating!
Not the East Coast, but as close as one will find Sub that is.I don't think west of Maryland one will find a sub that tastes as good as east of Maryland.
Stopped in and had the number 7 Turkey and Provolone sub and it was fantastic. The meat and toppings were really fresh and I received an abundance of each. The restraunt was clean and the staff were friendly. I had a good dining experience today, thanks!
I love coming here with my son when he's in town visiting! It's his favorite place to eat. Went in there yesterday and ordered another italian and got something completely different. I think my son's order was right at least. I overheard one of the staff asking if the order was right and he was ignored. I tried to tell them it wasent right and they assured me it was. It was not. Whoever was trying to fix it for me, I appreciate you trying to tell them it wasent wrong. I only eat here on occasion, up until now it was amazing food and service for me. I've tried calling the store about this. I may be calling corporate because I cannot seem to get through.
My experience tonight was the worst experience I have had at a Jersey Mike's. There were 7-8 employees working and it took 15 minutes to get two subs with only one person ahead of me. They employee cutting the lunch meat for the subs was so preoccupied with talking and mingling with co-workers it took forever for him to cut the lunch meat. with no consideration for customers time or the line forming behind me. Not sure if I will eat at the this Jersey Mike's again!
First time ever trying this place and it's amazing. A little more expensive than Subway but way worth it. Fresh cold cuts hot Tasty Subs also.
I just stopped by Jersey Mike's and they were slammed. Every employee was working quickly and their customer service was soo friendly! This is not a location near me but I will come back just to support your awesome employees! Oh and the food was great!
Very slow. Waited over 30 min. for my order of 2 subs. Got a sorry, your ticket as misplaced. May have been believable, had they were busy.
