The food is good, but the customer service, not so much. Came in here for lunch on a Saturday and two of the four women working were not friendly at all. One was an older woman who was running the register and she didn't say a word to me once I paid. Not even a thank you or have a nice day. She was extremely rude and acted like she didn't want to be there. The other woman who was working and was rude was the one who was making my bowl and she was hardly giving me any food. I kept having to ask her for extra for all of my toppings. If I'm paying $9 for a bowl I better be getting my money's worth. I will not be returning to this location since the employees want to act like the customers are a burden.
One of the workers that was NOT in uniform, was being extremely rude about my service dog and telling me “You can’t bring your dog unless you have a leash on, I was told that by my manager” I understood that but the tone of voice was NOT necessary by one of the employees. Before the employee (which was not in uniform) my dog was sitting on the chair, not doing anything, and that’s when the employee told me, but there was no need to be rude. I hope I get a better experience without an employee being rude to me about my dog. I get stairs every time I come in there, and there not nice looks.Thanks! :)
The food is good. It's fresh. I got a burrito bowl. They have a warmer, so our food was warm when we picked it up. We have a 20 to 30 minute drive home though and the juices had soaked through the bottom of the bowl. That's the first time I have run into that problem.
Manager was cool, kid that took my order no help at all. Useless. My first time eating here and probably won't go back...not this location anyway.
Went there this evening at 8pm on February 26th and the door was locked.. there were workers inside and the door says 9pm and so does the website. The workers did not even acknowledge is and there was no sign stating why they were close...
They weren’t super busy, but slung my food around like prison slop. Filled my bowl with what was in the bottom of the containers. To make it even better the s*** wasn’t even hot. So much for “hothead” burritos ?
I'd like it alot better if they wasn't so stingy with the chicken but over load it with rice other than that good food
On Friday, November 5, 2021, I visited the Hot Head Burritos at 3800 Colonel Glenn Hwy for the first time. The place looked clean and the staff was nice. Unfortunately, I was overcharged for something I did not order. As for the food, it was okay; I have had much better. I will not be returning.
