On a whole the food was decent but the service was a bit dramatic. Our card was used on another customer's food in error. Not a big deal as we caught and it was easily corrected... But in the mean time you could hear a gentleman shout (at 3 in the afternoon on a Saturday) "were closed!! Log off!" in the most exacerbated tone possible.While the same gentleman took our order he was yelling out of the speaker and let out a very deep annoyed sounding sigh about it. 3 burgers and drinks. The 3 stars are for the food with hopes that my next visit isn't as drama filled.
The cashier wouldn't stop touching his nasty body fat sweat . Talk about gross gross gross ? no one likes there food being touched with nasty fatty sweaty hands . Sir pork chop then had the nerve to make me wait. Fish ? sandwiches don't take that long and then of course light ice here means extra ice. Ugh anyways ?
I have been eating Hardee's food at this location since 1997 and the food has always been Great Tasting !! All due to the superb staff this location has employed through the many years !!
This place is so incredibly slow and sometimes food comes out cold. No excuses, this is Hardee's. It should not be this slow. Other Hardee's are not.
We stopped for breakfast again and this what my wife received as a Frisco breakfast sandwich which was $4.29. Very disappointing.We stopped there in a pinch and we're pleasantly surprised at the food quality
It was late and my greeting stayed with what they don't have. All I wanted was fries & onion rings. Got them both and they were horrid! Very cold & old tasting. I was 30 minutes from home so I was stuck. So, so disappointed.
Drive-thru staff is always very friendly and my orders have always been correct

I went here for lunch. When I walked in, I was the only one in the restaurant and there were three other people working in the back. I ordered the big hot ham with their crispy curls. The sandwich came out and it was cold and it took them forever to bring my fries to me. The only thing hot about the meal was the girl that took my order. Bad food and bad service.
