If I could give it a zero I would. My food was delivered cold, I paid for bacon and it wasn’t on my burgers, my wings and burger was undercooked. The fries were hard and ice cold. I live 2.4 miles from the Greene, there’s no excuse for this.
I ordered Fried Pickles, I received french fries that were more like potato chips. The Cubano I ordered was like a someone took the ingredients for a Cubano, tossed it in the microwave for 30 seconds, and called it a day.
Ordered $60 worth of food, missing Mac n cheese, there was literally 6 fries in the box and they were hard as a rock. Burger stale and not wrapped, chicken sandwich stale and not wrapped either. I ordered from here about a week ago and everything g was great, very disappointed!
Nice packaging but the food was not very good. I won’t order again.
So I've ordered here before and it was great. This time I'm very disappointed. My fries are a solid rock. And the lettuce on my sandwich is brown/limp and gross. The chicken Alfredo has no flavor and the noodles are hard. Lioks like its swimming in water. It took them 45 minutes to even start my order after it had been placed. Not very happy at all. Definitely not worth what I paid.
I give it to One because I can’t give it a zero. I ordered $100 worth of food to send to my family while I’m out of town. I get a call from the delivery person telling me they can’t deliver my food because flavor town doesn’t have three of the items that I ordered. I can’t believe robots are making this food. If there was a live person there they should’ve picked up the phone and called me. This is beyond bad and I’m very very upset. Here it is almost 8 o’clock at night. There’s two kids ages two and five that haven’t gotten to eat yet. Way to go Guy I think you need to call Gordon Ramsay and fix restaurantEven though Guy’s cancelled my order, I had to dispute the charges on my credit card because they did not credit my account. I guess that’s one way to make money. Take orders and payment but don’t deliver or refund charges. Hmmmm
1st time customers and husband and I ordered a variety of things to share. We had it delivered through Door Dash, so altering was unavailable, but our food was ordered in a timely fashion and hot when it arrived.The fries were really good, just needed a little salt. I always appreciate being able to decide myself how much salt I want, unlike fast food when it's just dumped on. The cheesesteak egg rolls were so good! They had a light cheese sauce and just the right amount of steak, wasn't overflowing and wasn't too little, with a light & delicious sprinkle of, I think Parmesan cheese on top.Bacon Mac n cheese burger, was cooked medium well which is how I love it. The bun was lightly toasted and the burger was good.The chicken parm eroni... The photo on the menu looked gross, but it was really good, however I'd ask for extra sauce if optional. The sauce was really good, just not enough, but the dish came with a large piece of delicious chicken.I saw complaints about the price, but we felt it was right on point. We spent $60 on 3 jersey Mike sandwiches and the meal tonight set us back only $70, including tip and we have enough food for lunch tomorrow.We'll definitely do this again and will recommend.
Horrible. I ordered a Italian Stallion Salad via doordash. There was like 3 strips of meat in it. TONS of black olives, some weird stuff that may have been artichoke? I'm not even sure. And one single whole pepperoncini. Container was only partially full, I kind of expected to taste the pepperoni & prosciutto. Also the coating on the fried pickles is very sweet.
I think this was guy's attempt at doordash before doordash got big. just overpriced food at horrible quality
Ordered the cajun chicken Alfredo, S-M Cheesesteak egg rolls, and chocolate whiskey cake. There was no chicken in the \\\"chicken Alfredo\\\" and the container was practically empty. There was an odor coming off the food like it was spoiled and one bite immediately had my husband gagging. We ended up having to throw everything out.
