We fell IN LOVE with Graeter's ice cream while on vacation this year. Note- it is not cheap, but it IS WORTH EVERY PENNY! Especially at this location! Annie was incredible! She was SOOOOO KIND and helpful and you can tell she LOVES her job and the people she works with! There was also an older man working that day that was telling us about the flavors and how they've changed for the better over the past few years and also what his favorite's were. We had Cookie Dough, Cotton Candy, Lemon Sorbet with Strawberry Topping (as Annie recommended!) and Midnight Snack (as the man recommended). All were HEAVENLY! I had said how I previously had the S'mores and LOVED it! The man said that was the second time they made S'mores. The first time it was with a marshmallow ice cream, but now it's with a graham cracker ice cream and it is MUCH improved and I can tell you, it's also AMAZING! The chocolate in these ice creams just melts in your mouth. Not only do I suggest you come to Graeter's, but be sure to stop at THIS locations!
After a day with our kids at a local museum, we knew that we wanted to get something sweet. Naturally we choose Graeter's. This location at this time (about 2) was dead but the staff was friendly. The place was clean and the I've cream was awesome!
I went to the drive thru this evening and received great hospitality from Evelyn. She was very kind and had great customer service. The ice cream was great as always. 10/10 would always recommend Graeter’s.
What an adorable ice cream spot!! The ice cream flavors are familiar, but taste even better than you’d expect! They even have some unique flavors that are amazing. There’s lots of seating inside. You can also buy little local treats that you can look at while going up to pay. The staff members are kind and helpful - especially with indecisive people like me! You can get little samples which was awesome. They have a drive-thru service at this location. There’s a little drinking fountain inside the store, too!
Sometimes the employees are on top of everything and are quick. While other times a few employees stand around and don’t do anything. The place wasn’t busy, and had a few employees look at us in line, the only people in line, and just stood there doing nothing else. Amazing ice cream though. :)
Went to Graeters last night for my usual!I always state my order clearly! Two scoops in a cup with a LID. Each and EVERY TIME they hand me my scoops in a cup...NO LID...with a spoon stuck in the side. Now I'm driving...how the heck am I going to drive and carry/hold 2 scoops of ice cream in a cup with a spoon sticking out? I hate it when they put the spoon in it bc I do not know where they got that spoon. Just needed to vent. I hope they get the message. I'm going to have to change my order now!
Best ice cream in Ohio. Very busy night but still in and out in a few minutes. Black Raspberry Chip is unbeatable.
This is the worst customer service of any Grater’s I have been to (Dayton and Columbus areas). The guy at the window was rude. My sundae was made incorrectly and when I requested they remake it the way I actually ordered it the server got an attitude. I would rather travel to Far Hill Ave location than ever return to the one in Beavercreek.
It was really bad, honest. Bad customer service. My order was not correctly made then when I asked them to fix it they had an attitude. The whip cream was spoiled on my sundae. The sever was not gloved and his hands touched the edge of my ice cream….. not good hygiene. Will not go here again. The Far Hills location is much nicer and they are friendlier.
Great place and amazing workers and service. Everyone was so kind. The ice cream was delicious and it was a great place to go with my band buddies to hang out after a performance.
