I am giving it a 3 Star rating because our waitress was wonderful. Otherwise it would have been a 1. My fish was covered in salt and not eat able. It was as if someone dumped an entire container of salt down the center of my fish. Could only eat not even half. I would like to add that the restaurant was clean and my husbands meal was good. I feel as if this experience was an isolated problem.

I'm not sure I've ever had the famous Big Boy sandwich, but I couldn't beat FREE for downloading the app! Tartar sauce on a burger was a new twist for me, but it actually worked! I got my free burger and then drove through a second time to try their piping hot vegetable soup. It had a nice, savory tomato base loaded with finely cut vegetables. I was given crackers to go with it, but I think I'll save them for chili! ;)
First time trying a Big Boy today, just moved to the area. Kelly was our server and she was just wonderful! The manager Tina came to our table to check on things and gave us a review card. We really enjoyed our entire visit and the salad bar was great!!Glad we stopped and we'll definitely be back

The service was fantastic the food was hot and delicious. I did have it to go order and the only reason I didn't give five stars. Is for the fact that I ordered some fried mushrooms and a patty melt. When I dropped it off to my mom, there was literally seven mushrooms. In this black container with a clear lid. I was so upset because the mushrooms are almost $6. My mom would not let me call. But beyond that it's always a great experience at this Frisch's. Just recommendation if you get it to go order just check the order.
One of the best locations I have been to. Friendly service with a smile from Sarah. Fast preparation of the food. French fries that were HOT and CRISPY!?!? That's nearly unheard of at other locations. Very clean and neat dinning room.
Wonderful experience! Restaurant was clean and staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. The manager Tina came out to our table to check on us and we informed her that everything was perfect and our food was hot and delicious.
Stopped in for lunch today and the food was great. We ordered the salad bar and some sandwiches and the bar was just as good as we remembered. Sarah was our server and she did a fantastic job. The manager, Tina came to our table to check on us and convinced us to have a hot fudge cake... best decision ever! It had been years since we'd had one. Cant wait to come back!!
Stopped in the afternoon and tried the Impossible Big Boy and salad bar, it was fantastic! We were in on my husband's lunch break so we were in a bit of a hurry, the manager assured us it would be no problem to get us in and out and she wasn't lying. Tina, the manager gave us a review card to scan and I promised her if everything was good I would definitely do a review, so here I am! 5 stars for service, price and customer satisfaction!! Will definitely stop back in the next time I meet my hubby for lunch.
