Are you kidding me?? This was the worst dining experience I have had in years. We went and got the breakfast bar (3 people $51) and the food was empty and what was there was completely dried out. We asked for things to be replaced on the bar and they never came out. Over all unclean. On the positive side our waitress was nice. We love Frischs but we will not be going back to this location.
3 strikes-your out! Growing up it was a treat to go to frich's. When my kids were little they loved going to frich's. A few months ago we went and the service was slow, our food was cold but my niece's had fun so we let it go. We took them for breakfast a couple weeks later. They had fun picking what they wanted from the breakfast bar. But again we noticed the food and service going down hill. It took over an hour to refill the french toast. Last week we ordered curbside pickup. Worst experience ever...I ordered online 2 hours before closing. When I got there to pick it up she told me they didn't want to make more onion rings because it was to close to closing. So they gave us fries. Well I paid to upgrade to onion rings, plus purchased an extra onion ring. I asked if she was going to give me my money back for the onion rings. She said NO, she cant cause I ordered online. She offered me some Mac and cheese that the girl behind her was flinging off a spoon into the trash. I was discussed and told her no. I let her know how disappointed I was at my entire order and the service. She said, "so, you can make a complaint on line". Once I got home with our food, there were 9-11 fries in each large fry container. The burgers were awful and the kids meal pancake only had one pancake. I guess they didn't want to make more! I will not be going back there.
Stopped in on 4/16/22 at 5:30pm in the drive thru. Marissa took our large order and she just has the best customer service I’ve seen since the pandemic started. She was an absolute joy to talk to as well. The manager had great energy as well. Good customer service and positive attitudes are so hard to find these days and she most definitely solidified a permanent customer at this location.
They are great!! Food is always hot and fresh
We have been regulars for years for Sunday breakfast and have gotten to know the servers.Unfortunately all of them have been fired or left and we are now dealing with 1 server to try and take orders ,deliver etc.Today and last week we did not get our toast until the end of our meal & no butter. Can't Frisch's butter the toast or at least bring it with breakfast with butter. Our milk for our coffee was brought in a mug with no spoon so when we tried to pour it,it went all over the table but we were able to clean part of it with the one napkin they give everyone.Bob Evans seems to be able to do a much better job and the prices are about the same. They will have our future business. Please just close this place down.It is a disservice to Beavercreek Ohio.
This restaurant has absolutely been ruined. My husband and I used to visit the Beavercreek location every weekend because they had great food and even better service. They were the cleanest of any other area restaurants and their food was always stocked & fresh on the breakfast bar, with orders coming out from the kitchen quick and cooked just the way we asked. HOWEVER… I have visited twice this month and each time I was disappointed more than the last. The only silverware or dishes we see anywhere are the dirty ones sitting on almost every table that needs to be cleaned. No clean plates at the breakfast bar, no clean silverware brought to the table. There was hardly at food at all on the bar but they still charged us the full $11.99 even though our daughter literally only got half a chicken finger with barely any gravy and dried out spicy spuds. I asked our server if they could restock but nothing was ever done. No bacon, no biscuits, no ranch dressing, no cheese, it was a waste of time and money. Everyone working acts like they have better places to be and walk around like zombies. We waited 7 mins to even be seated. My husband ordered his breakfast and his toast was just plain bread and no knife offered to spread the butter because there were none clean. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY… this restaurant is a joke, it needs to have an overhaul of staff or just shut the doors!!
My family and I went to this Frisch’s big boy last Friday. It has been one of the worst restaurant experiences that we have ever had. Not only my children witnessed this but those who were in the restaurant eating along with other employees. The manager sandy was very rude! Not only did she yell at us and have major attitude she informed me that if I call corporate what were they going to do to her. She was getting onto the servers and those behind the cashier’s desk, I cannot believe the way she was treating them I have never seen employees treated like this at a restaurant. My family and I will definitely not be eating there again at least until some management changes!
Came in, got seated in about 5 minutes. Drinks were brought out promptly, but have been sitting here for an hour, and drinks have been gone, and no refills. Still no food has been brought to our table. I ordered 3 tenders and fries, my wife a buddy boy and fries. And it's not busy at all.
They are really doing a good job despite the low level of business they seem to get.I only eat inside dine in and they prob get most of business in drive thru lazy slackers as I call those food movers.Kimber my server was AWESOME! I told her many stories complaints about the world etc she she was hanging on every word.FYI don't add salad bar to sandwich and fries unless you want to spend the 8.99 extra! Steep! But I'm here for the experience.Lunch...but still good and fun.
Brung my family for the Breakfast bar Sunday morning and it was great. Haven't had it since COVID I love the new set up with the burritos. Our server (Nicole) was fantastic.
