Arrived at the drive through at the Beavercreek store 758pm told “be right with you” sat there 5 mins no response. Drove up to the window where workers were walking by inside ignoring us. Had to honk the horn and knock on the window. Told us they were closed. Why didn’t they just say that when we first entered the drive through! NEVER. COMING. BACK.

Staff is always great and helpful however 9 out of 10 times, our mobile order is wrong and I have to go back in to resolve. I also like admiring all the dead shrubs along the back tree line while waiting in line. ?
Great selection and service. I see why so many people are dumping Starbucks and going to Dunkin...better food/drinks for half the cost.
There has been a sign by the drive thru for over a month to say they have low staff and to be patient. They have more staff now and the customer service is the lowest i have ever seen. I called to talk to a manager and the tone was rude and not helpful. Time to find a new place to pick up coffee.
