Typically our experiences have been normal. But within the last 2-3 weeks we have seen a decline. They are undertopping, always out of notnone but 2 or 3 items at once. It seems keeping employees is their biggest issue. But they are very kind, respectful and I'm sure have to work very hard. I don't want this to be a 5 star but not a 1 star either.. our experiences have been good and bad.
Great Chipotle location. There was a delay due to the staff filling a large order during my visit, but the staff were kind and pleasant. The various pickup orders were filled quickly while I waited. The food was delicious and definitely met the standards of Chipotle. I would recommend visiting this Chipotle out side of the busy lunch rush with Wright-Patt and Wright State drawing a lot of customers.
Probably the worst Chipotle around. Constantly out of things, my order is often wrong, and the associates give such meager portion sizes. When I can count the number of pieces of chicken and peppers I got on one hand, someone clearly doesn't remotely care.The only saving grace of this location is how quick they are.
I have been going to this Chipotle for years. But this is what was served to me tonight in my pick up order. The guac is all brown. The associate knew it was brown when I returned the order and said all the guac in the store looked like that, which means that store had been serving brown guac all night. I thought their products were supposed to be real and fresh, not brown and unappetizing.
The service at Chipotle is usually subpar but this Chipotle is hands down the worst. Every time I order online I find myself waiting 15 mins after my pickup time, the workers do not care to ask if I’m there to pick up.. instead they choose to stare at me wondering what I could possibly be doing. When my food is completed they proceed to the throw food on the shelf and walk away. Staff is not friendly at all and the quality of the food is terrible. Safe to say I will not be going back to this location or possibly any other Chipotle.

Employees are very friendly, establishment is clean, and the food was tasty and prepared correctly.
Chipotle is always amazing. Fast service, great food. I prefer the bowls cuz it's easier to eat leftovers than with a burrito. Carnitas is my favorite meat
It’s so unfortunate that I’m writing this because I’ve truly never had this bad of an experience at chipotle. I usually don’t write bad reviews after the first shot I give a restaurant, but one thing was bad and then it just got worse. I got a fountain drink which was flat, my steak was cold and super salty, and my chips were stale. I don’t know how one much less all three were overlooked, but it kind of seems like a hazard to public health that the employees must not be properly trained in food storage observation. I really hope they get better, because I love chipotle.
Had a party catered and we were totally impressed. Everything was perfect!
