The absolute slowest service I’ve ever witnessed in an establishment. No matter what time of the day it is or how busy or not busy they are, everyone moves at a snails pace, like almost as if it’s on purpose. The location on Zink Rd is exceptionally better when it comes to getting your food, or picking up DoorDash orders as I do both things. Drive the extra couple minutes to the other location, you won’t regret it.
I am going to have to stop coming. Two times in a row, I had ordered with a Doordash and twice, they didn't have my order.The 1st time, I waited 35 minutes before finding out the order was lost. The manager told me they couldn't find my order and was going to leave it at that. I had to explain to him that I already paid for my food before getting my order.The 2nd time, I double timed it there because my order was marked as ready. Of course it wasn't and I waited 15 minutes.I order through doordash because I have only an hour for lunch and don't want to spend too much of my time waiting for food.
Literally the one of the WORST chipotle I’ve ever been to, they cannot get the orders correct EVER. Whatever you do, do NOT door dash, do NOT order on app, ONLY go in and personally order and watch them make your food. If not you will regret it and there is a ? chance they will make your order wrong. This is the 7th time I’ve tried to order from them using app or door dash and once again my order is incorrect.It’s really not that hard to read a order off a screen and make it. But for these employees IT IS! They simply CANNOT do this task correctly. These type of people also think they deserve $15 a hour. But can’t even make a order correctly, it’s beyond annoying and truly sad. It’s basic stuff! Not only that BUT if you order off app or Door dash your portions are SIGNIFICANTLY smaller. You will get half the amount of food in your bowl than if you go in. EVERY SINGLE TIME! This chipotle is VERY poorly managed and even MORE poorly worked and ran. DO NOT waste your time or money and business at this location, you will be SEVERELY disappointed every time.
Food is good but I came in today at 9:13pm ask for two quesadillas one with extra cheese. First the girl behind the counter try to half fast out my food together, barely any chicken or cheese and I literally had to say something because I’m not paying these prices for hardly anything but bread. Everything I ask for was ignored. Your employee need better customer service or retrain
Food was great. I was eating in and asked for napkins because they were out. The lady said she has to go in the back get them. I stood there and waited and she continued to help people in line and never asked anyone to go back and get napkins. I was the second person to ask for them and I’m sure many others after me needed them as well. I decided to go ahead and sit down and start eating my food 15 minutes later still no napkins and still no one going to get them. Very frustrating when you’re trying to eat at the restaurant. I just got up and left.
Order DoorDash spent $50 literally didn’t even get a half a spoonful of rice. Ridiculous this is one of the worst chipotle stores in this area. And our chips are literally mushy. Not only makes me never want to order from the store obviously makes me not want chipotle.
I ordered soft tacos but they said did not have any tortillas. Ridiculous! Is this a Mexican restaurant??!! Good thing is that the Chili's nearby offers tacos with soft tortillas!!! thanks Chili's!!!
It's nice when they give you plenty, drain each scoop so it's not watery, & makes them quick! Big shout out to Graham. He goes the extra mile.
Sorry Chipotle, but this is not a good location. Needs a manager/leader. Always out of stuff and always dirty tables. We went many times and ultimately have switched locations. The employees are very nice, just not trained. Would be easy to make this a 5-star rating with the right manager.
Terrible service don't go here, they got my order all wrong and soaked my burrito in sour cream. To the point that I could not take one bite. This makes me sad because I love chipotle but the staff are consistently terrible and ruin the experience for me. I have ordered from here at least 5 times and they have ruined my orders every single time.
