Atrociously bad delivery service. If the food even arrives in the first hour, you have a 50/50 chance of it being correct. I don’t understand why I keep ordering and expecting a different result.
Can't think of anything more delicious than Chipotle. The best burritos from a chain I've ever had. Tangy meat and sauce, delicious fajita veggies and rice, etc... The works...Just mouth-watering.The restaurant itself is also the perfect design with lots of modern influence. Also, they always have the best selection of music.
Edit** This store place made a mistake and then they more than made up for it. We received an apology email, points, free meals AND they credited back the charge for our original order. Not just the items that were missing, THE-WHOLE-CHARGE. Take notice folks, this is what customer service looks like. Everyone makes mistakes, what you do after the mistake that is the difference!Ordered delivery on the Chipotle app. Got less than half the order. Called store and there was “nothing they could do about it”
Very clean, nice staff. Biggest disappointment is that they discontinued the cauliflower rice.
Best chipotle in the city very clean and it taste the way it's suppose to.
Placed an order here and wasn't ready for over 30 minutes. Called multiple times and they couldn't be bothered to even answer the phone.
my boyfriend wanted a burrito so he went to get one. ordered online at 9:05 to pick it up at 9:20 and they didn’t get it to him until 10. his burrito was cold and not even wrapped
Food was good but!!!!!there was a guy that was making my Bowl and he was very rude and had a attitude the whole time
The service was quick and polite but the amouny of food that I received for $13 was an issue. I received a bowl that was 2/3 filled. Then ordered chips and guacamole for $4.20 that consisted of about 3 tablespoons of guacamole and a bag of chips that wasn't even 1/3 filled. I love Chipotle but if this is the new portion size it is absolutely not worth the money.
Food was great only reason they aren’t getting 5 stars is because of prices being too high
