Food was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately tonight while ordering the fajitas they stated we couldn't order due to being out of the onions and peppers. I asked if they could still make it without the onions and peppers and they graciously allowed us to order. The food was absolutely amazing.. didn't even miss the onions and peppers. For was seasoned great. Would definitely recommend

Only will give them three stars because the food was good but the dining experience was not so much the waiter was not very attentive spent most of her time closing down the bar and locking the doors so they wouldn't be there long after 10. The guest next to me was even uncomfortable because of the conversations between my waiter and the host about closing and being done serving regardless of clients wanting to dine in after just 9:05. This is my second bad experience here and I won't be returning which is sad because I love chili's ? but the staff here is always unpleasant.

We were there Tuesday around 4:30 ordered chili and told server I wanted a lot of crackers. 15 minutes later we got our food. Was told then they were out of crackers if I was told that before I would have ordered something else. Was out of coke fast with that spicy chili without crackers and was never offered a refill but the people across from us was asked 3 times by same server. Was seated near kitchen and it looked like it has been a while since it was cleaned. Hope the owner reads this because they lost another customer.

Went in around 5:00 on Sunday looking for a table for 2 stood up front for probably 5 minutes before being greeting with "we have a 35 minute wait and only 1/2 our menu" we turned around walked out the door drove across the street to BJ's. I truly do not understand how this place is still open.

I normally love chilis, but when we went today the hostess told us no tables were clean and tried to sit us at a table that was ready to fall over even though they had 10+ clean tables they refused to let us sit at (pictire attcahed) they were rude and this chilis NOT like the other avoid this one.

Well, very disappointed today. We walk into Chili's and manager tells us there's no bar tender. We decided to wait then we noticed that all of the tv's have been removed from the bar. Why would a place remove tvs during March madness especially in the bar area?

Was told a 45-60 minute wait, We decided to wait for a table. 70 minutes later we got a table. Started good with drinks and an appetizer but then it was like our waitress vanished. Had to watch for her to get refills and ask for napkins. She forgot to bring more chips and later remembered but still didn't being them. Never came back for refills or to check on us.food came out some warm some not. We had to ask for our bill because the table machine was broken and couldnt find her. She said she couldn't take our card payment and had to set up a new machine. It took us 2 hours and 45 minutes from arrival to finally leaving. This is the 3rd time I visited chili's in the past year and it has been this way each time. We won't be back for a while and hopefully they figure out how to do better.

Food was delicious, waiter great and lava cake delicious!!

We came in around 4 p.m., so there were hardly any patrons at this time. Service was wonderful. We were greeted with smiles and courtesy. Our server was awesome! She was kind and helpful. The appetizer - the triple dipper - was great! However, the dinner fell a little flat for me. It was lacking something... just wasn't as tasty as I was hoping.

We went to Chili's to celebrate our daughter's 16th birthday, and she was really looking forward to going there. When we walked through the door we were greeted by a hostess who asked how many were in our party, and we told her that we had 5 people. She informed us that they couldn't seat parties larger than 4 people. We then asked if we could have adjacent tables to seat 3 and 2 persons each. We were told that she could not get us tables near each other, and it would be a 15-20 minute wait to be seated. This was at 4:15 in the afternoon and we couldn't see more than 2 occupied tables from the hostess station. There were literally 12-15 empty tables in our view. We left immediately and then had a nice meal at Buffalo Wild Wings around the corner, with great service for all 5 of us at the same table.
