My Husband and I tried this place out last week. They were busy, but very organized which had the line moving surprisingly fast. Our food was AMAZING! I’ve been thinking about it since I left. Workers were friendly and our order was made perfectly. Definitely coming back!
These are the best subs!! This particular location does not skimp on the toppings either!!
Listen don’t go to this place they don’t ever get ur order right and they are way over priced for them not to get ur order right … and if they get it wrong they won’t fix it you will be better off going home and making it ur self ?

Just had a small Philly Cheesesteak combo. It's been awhile since I had one. Really good. The service was fast.
I didn’t usually leave reviews for fast food places but Mgt needs to know. We’ve eaten in many Charlie’s cheesesteak locations in Florida and even in Fairfield Commons Mall. They are always very tasty. Today was terrible. The cashier was more concerned about complaining about her day to cook than taking the order and the cook who I didn’t really notice till he called me to get my food “Yo… yo your food” I got a large Philly cheese steak that was bland and over cooked. The food was poor but the service is the reason I’d never go to this location again. It’s pretty hard to mess up their subs as they are typically at the very least pretty tasty to really good.
We both had Philly cheese steaks, and they were delicious. The strawberry lemonade is really good, too! Staff was courteous and very hard working. Management should think about adding a third staffer during the busy lunch hours.
Worth a try!!! Just add bacon!!!! Went here wanting to try something different and didnt realizebthis was in the mall food court. Ordered the bacon cheesesteak. You dont get a crazy amount of bacon, but the sandwich was delicious.Their roll was made of white bread, and the steak was seasoned just right. I honestly preferred their sandwich over most sandwich shops and think it compares against Penn station. Cant say it's worth a detour or trip specifically, but if you're already at the mall give them a try
This is the second time ive purchased philly cheesteaks and they didnt put toppings on that I requested. I spend alot of money at this place and would like my steaks done how i request
