Nasty nasty place . Very dirty and sticky all over. Silverware was completely disgusting had to clean with hand sanitizer. Salt /pepper shakers / menus were sticky and weird residue.Our waiter was put on a different duty while waiting our area and totally forgot that we were waiting on our biscuits and food was burnt when we finally did get it 45 min later after I asked how long was it gonna be From another waiter .I could list a few other things . Never ever going back.1 hour 15 min in total with waiting and getting " served " horrible experience and this is the nice version of what I truly want to say
I ordered the honey butter chicken dinner and it was burnt to a crisp and looked nothing like it was supposed to. The most appalling thing was the server asked me if everything looked ok and before I answered walked away without my response.
I know this place is a Midwest staple but I'd never tried it before. I thought it was a good representation of the Midwest comfort dining. Definitely a step above Denny's. My server (Brianna? Red hair) was competent and timely and made sure everything was good, coffee refilled. Food was great for "comfort" fare, perfect for a cold rainy day. Good experience for this traveller. I will return if I'm passing through this way again.
One of the better Bob Evans in the area. We were seated very quickly and our food tasted very good. The only bad part was the credit card machine is down we were leaving so we had to go out of our way to go to an ATM and come back to the restaurant to pay our bill.
Yeah...this Bob Evans is so hard up for money that when I repeatedly called to complain that they forgot to put the grilled chicken on the salad I got to go, they said corporate had to approve my refund. REALLY!!!You let a customer leave your establishment w/o their complete order and you have to ask corporate if you can give them a refund?So I paid $10 for a bowl of lettuce. Thank you Bob Evans!
I ordered 3 course turkey and had it delivered. Worst meal ever for $24.00.2 dried out pieces of turkey, no craberries,no gravy. Biacuits so hard and dried out couldn't eat. Expected so much more from Bob. Will not order again.
Understaffed. Needs help immediately. Waited 30 minutes to be seated while half the restaurant was empty. Ended up leaving. Random table of 4 told us the food was cold and it wasn't worth it. We took their advise and left. Saw food sitting under heat lamps for 10-12 minutes before being taken out to tables. Need better management and more manpower ASAP!
I walked in with my family there was 5 of us and the demeanor of the restaurant changed. I walked in first and the workers were smiling, laughing and being kind. Perfectly normal behavior. However, when the rest of my family walked in they became quite and looked mad. The only time she spoke was to ask how many and if a kids Menu was needed didn’t ask if we wanted a booth or table which is understandable. Things can slip the mind but when I asked for a booth she told me no and then immediately left. The table she brought us to only had four chairs and was away from everyone else in the restaurant. We sat and waited ten minutes to be greeted by someone and no one came. We ended up leaving. Don’t even know the greeters name.
3 stars only because the food was hot and appeared fresh so the stars ate for THE KITCHEN ONLY! Rude, rude and rude is the only thing I have to say about the rest of our visit. We seemed to be a bother for our waitress & the cashier apparently had better things to do. We will not be visiting again anytime soon.
The sausage was great. I ask for my eggs over easy. The yoke was completely cooked. The eggs were super small. The home fries could have been covered with one small egg not enough. Next time I will take a picture.
