While the food was good, the service was horrible. I ordered pretzels without salt and some ice cream. I was there with my daughter and grandchildren. We stood there waiting while many customers after us were being served. After about 10 minutes, I asked if we were going to get our order. The guy at the register then told us pretzels without salt is a special order. He then was giving our order to someone who just came in and I had to tell him it was our order. All three of those working were rude and acted like we were bothering them.. I doubt I'll ever go back there. Communication was horrible
This location is at the Greene which is an outdoor shopping center.I walked in to get a quick snack. The service was very quick and friendly. Not sure who was the cashier but he was great!This was my first visit at this location and it was one of th beat Auntie Anne's stops I've ever had. Quick and efficient and the pretzel was warm and ready! I'll be back :)
Second time here in the past month, always a 10 or more minute wait for any order, even for those that placed an order online they’ve had to wait. They never have anything prepped or made in advance. Either more staff should be added on a regular basis or the team already there should be taught how to work efficiently.
The dough has drastically changed. Service was very slow and inconsistent. One employee was not interested at all. Dragging her feet wouldn’t to pick up stuff on the floor. Maybe the owners should be there more often and properly train the staff.
Probably not a great customer service idea on management's part to leave 4 teenagers operating the store on one shift.Finally got my order but not without witnessing 15 minutes of pure teenage shenanigans take place first.
This place is great!! They make it fresh for you and it only takes 5-7minutes at most depending on what you get. I’ve tried most of the food and it’s amazing. They make it fresh because it seems like when they leave it in the case too long it won’t taste as good. Maybe that’s why they make it fresh. I can see that they take a long time because there are people before me and they have ways of getting the people in front of me first. They stock the case if they can but they make it fresh most of the time for the customers to be happy. My family and I love eating here. From what I have seen they make customers laugh and happy. All around joy. I see people tipping a lot for how good they are. Keep up the good work!!
mad bussin! I head up here every once in a while just to jog my tastebuds of the food and never ONCE has it failed. Whenever I see it get busy, sure, it takes a bit to get to each customers needs but in the end they make it count and I don’t hold them to the wait duration. Some of the newer employees are quite funny too and entertaining to watch, so don’t worry about whether the wait is too long or the food may be the wrong thing on accident. It is an ACCIDENT. It happens. Im sure you made them when at your jobs. Simply tell them it’s not right and they’ll get right on it. Great work ethic and employees.
Not impressed at all. Came in at 4 and there were no pretzels at all. Finally after ordering they decided to make pretzels. Confused as to why no one lol as already making them. Especially considering they’re in a very busy shopping area. Waiting 10-15 minutes for a small pretzel that wasn’t even good and over cooked.

Cinnamon sugar pretzels every time. Good snack or desert
