Found this place on a list of the "Best fried chicken in every state". I expected to be disappointed but I wasn't.Everything I ordered was great except the green beans (which could use more seasoning/pork) but that could just be personal preference, they clearly know what they're doing.The chicken was crispy and salty. The gizzards were crunchy and well done. The mac and cheese is creamy and saucy.
I used to come here all the time as a kid. It has really great chicken. I love to get their gizzards. But I got some this time and they tasted like salt blocks. They were so salty that they hurt my tongue. I don't know what happened here. Maybe they were having a day with a cook who likes a lot of salt. Most of the time they are amazing and I always crave them. This was the first time I have been disappointed by them in years. I hope they can improve because I would hate to see them go away. The parking here is a nightmare and always has been. It might be better to parallel park on an adjacent street then walk up.

I love Miller's chicken but they are way too expensive,$4.00 for a piece of pie?I can buy a whole pie for that
Hot Poppers, 1/2 lb perch, 4 crab cakes, large order of potato wedges, and a bottle of root beer is what I order every time we make it to Athens. Great food!
The chicken is okay. It doesn’t really have much flavor. The sides are always disappointing. The mashed potatoes taste like instant. Everything always looks better than it tastes.
I love their chicken and livers ..i bet my husband wishes he hadn't introduced me.Because now when we go to visit my mother in law in nelsonville..we have to drive to Athens so I can get my fix;)
First time down there best chicken liver around and they had more items on the menu than I thought, awesome place.
Millers Chicken was okay. Went because I heard all the hype. It was very good price, which I'll give them credit for. The chicken salad sandwich was alright. Mashed potatoes tasted like instant. Spent $24 for a good amount of food. Will most likely not be returning for a while.
MILLERS CHICKEN BREAST ARE GREAT...I LOVE THERE DEEP FRIED CALIFLOWER ALSO...
