Abhorrent customer service, showed zero interest in helping to correct a billing error with their POS system and flat out refused to provide a copy of my receipt from a single day prior.Simply tried to shift the blame to the corporate office and told me to contact customer support after I had already done so and explained that I had done so. Take your business to one of the many other McDonald's that isn't run by unscrupulous and beligerent management.
The manager stated they were short-staffed. They did not have enough workers to run the register upfront so the manager was directing everyone to use the kiosk. about 4 customers left upfront because they wouldn't take their order or acknowledge them and they didn't want to use the kiosk. ( either because of not knowing how or they are unable to customize their order) we used the kiosk that we were ordered to do by management and then reminded them after it took a while and had not gotten the food .then he states the kiosk is not working well at first he came off pretty rude and blunt but after a while softened up his demeanor a bit towards us. The meals were missing a few things that had been ordered and the manager was going to remake said sandwich and we told him to just give us the toppings to place on the sandwich ourselves. The other sandwich had very skimpy toppings. And the food was lukewarm. I can say they rest of the staff were pleasant that we slightly interacted with.
Update: this place is a mess once again a wrong order at the drive thru. Ordered two McDoubles, which include cheese pickles, kethup, mustard. After waiting 20 minutes iI received two dry meat patties on a bun. Really pathetic quality control. It's time for corporate to step in.I Usually go here for the drive thru service which is sometimes very backed up. I will give advice to all customers. Check your orders. Their accuracy rate for getting it right is about 50/50. I have asked them to tell me what they handing me in the bag which they repeat correctly, only to get the bag home and discover the order is incorrect. Such was today's visit.
Horrible experience every time we try to eat there. Every single time our food is messy and disgusting looking and they always forget at least 1 persons food it’s absolutely ridiculous. I’ll no longer go there.
I sat in line for 20 minutes just to get told to pull off and wait for another 25 minutes. Went inside and got my food eventually after waiting and asked and paid for an Additional small fry and stood and waited for 1 small fry for over 10 minutes
I go to this mcdonalds bc it's right down the road. However, be sure to check your order before you leave bc something is always missing or tg we order is wrong.
Do not go there if you have a coupon from another McDonalds because it is against their rules...this is the second time I have had trouble..another time my french fries were so cold dog would not touch ..I was already halfway home and I was told that I needed to bring food back in I had already tossed the food . and bringing it back would not prove I was telling the truth ..
I honestly don't know why but they make the $1 cheeseburgers so wrong. The buns they use are so much worse than any other McDonald's I've ever been to so they literally ruin one of their most popular items imo. I've also had more problems here over 2 years with getting the wrong order and them gaslighting me about it than any other nearby place. When it happens at Wendy's, they apologize and fix it.
This McDonald's is horrible. 9/10 times they will mess you order up. Check your order as soon as you get it(especially in the drive-thru), bc it I'll be missing something. The only reason I even take a chance at this location would be when I'm running late for work and have to grab something on the way.
Just got a Quarter Pounder Deluxe, I opened the box and it was the worst put together sandwich I ever had. Wish I could show you the picture.
