Amazing employees with awesome food an service. Kids eat free Monday-Friday 4-9pm. Have to order adult meal to have 1 kid eat free. 1 adult per 1 kid. But love their store, employees and food. Deff recommend trying IHOP in downtown Athens! ??

Very good service and food. My favorite is the Cinn-a-stack pancakes. Can't go wrong with an American tradition...International House of Pancakes!

Great omlete! Store was clean and everything was on point. Leah did an amazing job as my server!

I understand they are short handed. Every place you go is. Getting sick of hearing it. I was seated close to the entrance. They were steady, not busy. Service was horribly slow. Food took even longer. When people were waiting to be seated or place an order to go. They were rude to them when they complained. Even the manager. Several people left after waiting for at least 20 minutes to make a to go order. Hopefully it will get better soon. The picture is of the wall in the booth next to me.

We had a great experience overall. It was Moms weekend and they were very busy. The staff worked very hard to keep everyone happy and very apologetic. Clean and the food was great.

The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and competent. Our order was correct and delicious. Everyone knows they have good pancakes so I recommend the cowboy burger it’s the best

Waitress was great. Sweet tea good. But they were out of strawberries, so we got blueberry crepes. Not good. No filling. Just thin pancakes with topping. And 1 of the 2 meals was burnt. Even the bacon tasted odd. Too sweet.

Service can sometimes be slow, but I will say my most recent visit on March 1st was great. Food still leaves a little more to be desired in the name of taste. Not a bad spot to go once in awhile, especially when kids dine free!

Make portions look more like what you see on the menu. How the heck was this meal 1200 calories? There was barely any food! 2 tiny pieces of ham, thin turkey bacon, underseasoned egg, and pencils for sausage links. I had to leave still feeling hungry.
