I don't go here alot, but when I have, I've never had any issues but once, the lid wasn't on the gravy very well so it spilled over the fries..but I called them and they fixed it for me!!?
If you order chicken strips, if you want bbq, you better make sure before you leave, to far to drive back now!!
Can’t ever get an order right. By the time you get your blizzard it’s melted. You wait as long as a tsa check point to get the wrong order and melted ice cream
Average location, just painfully slow. Even if you're the only car in the drive-thru, expect to sit for 5-10 minutes for a single blizzard order
Yummy blizzards. Excellent customer service. But I don't recommend walking inside. Do the drive thru. The bathrooms were icky and the walls, floors, ceilings of the whole place looked dirty. The owner needs to put some money into repairs and pay more employees to clean this place up. The two employees that WERE working were super friendly and made the best Blizzards, but they seemed to be doing the job of 6 people.
Service is terrible. Been sitting in the drive through for 15-20 minute for some French fries. Really a waste of time . Could ownership maybe hire more people or pay them decent so the current staff is more motivated?
The crew that was working were very incompetent, they did not get the order right and when questioned they wanted receipt which was never given to us. Needless to say was not a pleasant experience when just trying to get a $6 lunch deal. Will not be back for a long time if ever.
will never eat here again.....not onky did I spend $20 in food....the only thing hot was my chicken strip and gravy..both fries were cold, 3 cheeseburger were no where near warm, cheese not even slightly melted...worse I've ever gotten from here and bad enough I'll never eat there again
Great food. Always hot and fresh. My absolute favorite spot to eat in athens.
I sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes for a blizzard. Yeesh. I need to still going here, because it happens every time. I was seriously about to drive over the car to get out of line but I thought that would be unwise.
