4/14 around 2:45 pm. There were 4 employees. 1 of them (light skinned homie) was up front busting his butt feeding people. The other 3 were in the back. Looked like 2 chick managers were judging how well a new hire did his prep? Not sure though.Either way dude in the front deserves a raise, and if you were in the back talking please help homie up front!!!
an excellent place to enjoy those tasty foods.
Usually an awesome place to stop. Guy w/ glasses was in a big rush though to get us out of there. No one in line behind us. No rush needed. He'd barely put something on the spoon then SLAP it in the bowl or burrito. I had to ask for extra just to get the norm amount. For the $50 we spent it could have been done a little better. My daughter even commented "he got more on the counter than in the bowl!" Cashier was cool. If we see that dude making bowls or burritos again we'd prob skip over to Big Mama's instead.
Cashier at the end was very pleasant and happy to fix my order! Blonde dude is terrible. Asked for extra lettuce and he added, not kidding, 2 extra slivers.. Requested side of corn, and 3/4 the cup was corn juice (just grab a new tub man!).. Needed side of guac which was only filled halfway!. Is sloppy at making bowls as well, thanks to his trash attitude. I’m sure this makes the rest of the line have an extra hard time keeping things tidy and making bowls. I’ve seen reviews also mentioning his poor service.Other than that, shout-out to the other employees and the cook for making things the bomb
the long blonde guy that is an employee at this location needs to get his attitude in check.. he threw things i didnt ask for into my bowl and then when i asked him to fix it he huffed and puffed to the trash can, slammed it in the can then continued to throw things into the bowl making a giant mess in the process
I am a longtime lover of Chipotle, and I’ve said my love is unconditional. Through the contamination conspiracy to when they removed the bacon from the pinto beans, and even when they neglected to make their most delicious meat, chorizo, a permanent selection, I have been sticking with them. I can wait for that one special time per year for the deliciously flavorful chorizo that is spiced to perfection, but now they have spit in the face of all meat lovers by taunting us with one more vegetable posing as a meat. How could you?! Why are meat lovers discriminated against in favor of meat haters who can’t even fully commit to their position and keep trying to make their food look like meat? Obviously, meat is so good that even vegetarians and vegans try to make their food look like it, so why are we who will honestly enjoy these animal products punished by having our food desecrated with pea protein over a genuine product? Now, every time I walk into Chipotle, I have to see and smell the imposter that I’ve looked forward to enjoying since 2016 when they first introduced it. I will not abandon you, Chipotle, but I will say that I’m extremely disappointed and ask that you stop neglecting those who are in the majority when they stand in line eagerly awaiting that first bite… —Just one member of The Meat Loving Public
I love chipolte and this was the first time I've ever been to this location and it was a mess. They were out of chips and we ordered five things of queso so no chips for all the queso, the burrito bowl was leaking out all over the bag and had the bottom soaked out before we got home, one of the queso was spilled out because the lid wasn't on all the way, one of the burritos wasnt rolled right so it was all over the place and I had to eat it with a spoon, I had to stop and get chips on the way home for all of the dip. I understand things happen but this was a whole mess and basically a waste of $55 on my birthday. So yea if I based my experience in this visit alone, I probably wouldn't go back. I contacted customer service and they said they would credit me a chip and queso, ok that makes it all better thanks ?
Employees are great. Polite, respectful, nice even though they were slammed. Working hard.
Pretty good. The employees are awesome, too. Sometimes, they put too much sauce and it makes my bowl all soupy, which is kinda gross.
Go here all the time when I want a break from the dining halls on campus. Solid option if you need something quick filling and not too pricey.
