great food great service.
our server was wonderful but the food was lukewarm at best
I had a very rude server. Ordered wings took 45 minutes when delivered asked if she could get me anything else. I said yes another ranch. Well that was delivered 30 minutes later when I had 3 wings left. When check was delivered I had my wallet out and laid the cash out as she laid the bill down. So after waiting 10 minutes and she walking by twice to deliver food to the table next to mine and cashing out the other table. I went to the front register to cash out and I was told it had to be Lainy that cashed me out. When she heard her name from the from person she said what’s the issue in her snippy attitude. And I said I was ready to cash out. I was told be her that she was BUSY. When I arrived I was the only table she had and when I left there were 4 tables including mine.
BW's are exactly what you think they are. This one had a bus station vibe to it. Trash everywhere, a sticky feel to everything, and a general grime.
NEVER EVER AGAIN....straight up lied to on the phone. 2+hrs for 20 wings and it WAS NOT DOOR DASHES FAULT. I was in contact with them the entire time. I did fill out an online complaint and I want my $38 back.

Best service of any bw-3 I have ever gone to. Pleased to say and proud to say I've been a customer at this location since it opened in the year 2000. The manager is one of the nicest guys around. Never a problem with anyone on the serving staff. And they always seem to know what I want before I order it (because I order the same thing every time). I'd give em six stars if that was an option.
Nice place..good service.. may e a bit more lean would be helpful.. the food was hot and well seasoned
Party of two; had fried pickles app, cauliflower bites and wings; $29. Food was hot and tasty!
