To the young lady working Bob Evans in Athens this morning when my husband and I came in for breakfast, I knew you were having a bad day, but you did great, you were great with all the customers, kind, and right on top of the orders, it was very obvious you were short staffed, I hope your day got better, and “I appreciate you “. They need to give you a raise, you definitely deserve it! Thank you for such great service!!
Would have gave no stars if I could. This is only for the Athens ohio location. I have been to other locations and not had issues. They never listen or pay attention to your order. They are always out and don't notify you. You just get home and are missing things. Iwas told they were out of bacon for soup, but had it on loaded fries. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!
Just had the nicest waitress ever here in Athens!! She was so polite!
I have not received food I paid for twice now. I was promised a refund the first time as it was $30 worth of food. The second time I was told I would receive gift cards and it has been over a week and have not received them.
Lovely Bob Evans in a very busy college town. Not a lot of other options so prepare to wait, but the staff was super friendly and the food was hot and delicious. Very typical Bob Evans decor and style, very clean and welcoming. There was plenty of parking and we enjoyed our meal.
Waited 45 minutes on a take out order after my 20 minute wait time and still didn't get it.hope u have 3 hrs to wait if u go there.

12 cars in the parking lot, seated right away. Waited 55 minutes for our food. No apologies. My 4 year old told the waitress he was hungry at one point and she replied “me too.” There’s a reason this Bob Evans never has any cars in the lot and why they have 2 stars on yelp. Their entire management of the restaurant needs a reboot. Next time I’ll just eat fast food if there’s no other option.
So, with family..a party of 13, I'll give them that much. 10 minutes waiting to get coffees and drinks for the kids. Forgot order of bacon and also unable to make the bacon crispy.My fiancee had uncooked portions of hash browns and overcooked eggs that just looked bad. It was, unfortunately, a bad overall experience.
