Awful place. They have rats running around the kitchen, as in both the animal and some people, and treat the employees terribly.
The manager that looks like a short troll SNATCHED a cup out my hand ? could’ve just asked for it like a nice person. A manager should have more people skills when with paying customers. You can clearly see all the employees have to walk on eggshells around her. She has a very unpleasant and rude aura/ personality. You could see her fake smiling and being fake nice while actively being rude to the workers, makes me feel bad and sad when coming to eat there so after this experience I’ll choose another location.
Little over priced for what you get. Why do the portion sizes keep shrinking while the price continues to rise?
This restaurant is in awful condition. The kitchen appeared very dirty and unkept. The floor was disgusting from my view in line. My sandwich was not cooked. Raw chicken. I think anyone would agree, this is unsafe! The staff's reaction to my returning it seemed very nonchalant. Yikes!
Wont be back never get spoon for chilli have too drink it, today no drink no spoon and better yet i was charged for someone elses lunch instead of mine, train and manage your employees
Got a salad to take to my wife for lunch. No dressing, croutons, bacon bits, napkins or utinsels in the bag. Dissatisfied
Waited in line for one half hour to get a chili. There not having enough employees is really hurting there BUSNESS. While waiting I saw at least 5 customers drive off.
Lunch was terrible. Chili was runny and we had to go back and get what they didn't give us. The time before they also messed up our order. I ordered a single with no cheese and got a single with two pieces of cheese and the core of the lettuce. This Wendy's is a mess. I will think about going back again.

I ordered on the app and when I arrived it took about 5 minutes and a lovely lady came out and brought my order and was very nice! My order was correct and the salad was delicious!
