Rude every time we go there. How hard is it to say have a nice day or say good morning. They need to teach their staff manners.
I tried to order a chicken salad sandwich on 12-31-21 at 3 p.m. Employee quickly replied that sandwich was discontinued "as of today". Decided to check since she seemed so pleased about it. Sure enough, sandwich is not discontinued. I was told that the general manager would be contacted.
Please start offering skim milk. Your competitors offer skim milk and sugar free options for people who need it and they will get my business instead!
Nice location and friendly service. Stopped in to get a quick carryout breakfast with coffee. Service was good and fast, and they had a good selection of breakfast items available.

This is the BEST Tim Hortons around! Delicious food, and a friendly staff. The GM there S****a is delightfully sassy. I travel 30 minutes out of the way to avoid the other local Tom Hortons and go to this one.
Where to start? To the Dm I know yiu read these and don't care but after a few months you would think you would have the toaster working but nope not working and now over a week without espresso machine working. People drive the few extra minutes and go to Dunkins.
Manager brought out refills for coffees while we were sitting outside! She even brought cream and sugar so we could make it how we like! Drinks were perfect and hot, food was amazing! To add the cherry on-top, after she was closed and about to go home, she sat outside and chit chatted with us. She's very young and said she hasn't been with Tim Hortons very long but she's eager to keep going! My group will definitely be coming back more often!!!
Wish I could give better review but I can't. Orders are never right. Eggs are always grey and rubbery, how does that even happen? Donuts are hit or miss. Serious staffing problem.
How has this Tim’s not been reviewed in years? It is a travesty, I say. These girls were fantastic. Teamwork. Total teamwork. They gave a family like feel because they got along so well and worked like a fine oiled machine. Everyone knew what they needed to do and got it done in a timely manner. The manager was just getting ready to order pizza for the staff. How kind. But what impressed me the most was the fact that I was so disappointed that I could not get a pumpkin muffin and I do not live near a TH’s. I was passing through so I was even more disappointed that I was leaving pumpkinless that the lady behind the register offered to bake me some if I could wait. Which I did. Absolutely incredible. Then while I waited they gave me advice on the area. My own personal concierge at the local TH. Thank you. You made my day.
