The girl at the window, while super friendly forgot to ring up one of the items I ordered. Didn't realize until I had already left, but at least I didn't get charged for it. I got 5 layer beefy burritos. I mean I know it's fast food, but I still wish the food was prepped with a little care. Both burritos, all the meat was on one side, then all the beans on another. It was like I had two different kinds of burritos in one, but not the way I wanted lol.
Update- this location is going down hill at full speed! Not sure what is going on but it's bad! Poor management maybe? Definitely poor work ethics by the employees. You can tell they don't care about their quality of work/service. Not going back for awhile. They just can't seem to get it right. In person or mobile orders.Food is good when it's made correctly. I'm not a fan of the kiosk for ordering. Not everything you can order is on there. But when you have/need to talk to an actual person, they say " um, like, Im not sure what you mean. Um, like, don't you know you can use that touch screen kiosk" . Have had a few employees try to argue ( I don't argue back ) with me when our order is wrong or something is missing. These issues don't happen every time, but are happening more and more
When they first came out with breakfast it was good, now not so much.
I got a a chicken quesadilla and very clearly asked for none of the jalapeño sauce. The receipt even said no sauce and when I brought it home and ate it, it had the sauce and I couldn't even finish it
Best tacos I've had in awhile in from out of town wish ours was that good

Very unhappy with this taco bell. Your menu online is not up to date and when i call someone answered and hung up immediately!!!! Unprofessional and unacceptable
Ordered off the app because I forgot my card at home...all I had to do was pull up tell them my name and my order was ready! Yay! Pregnant momma approved! ✔
2 crunchy taco supremes and a frozen strawberry drink... ???Occasionally I add the burrito supreme, or a chicken quesadilla, or a beef chalupa supreme, but mostly just the crunchy taco supremes.
This place has a waiting line but it has great food
