Ya know what, the late-night people here are amazing. This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Quality stuff.
The staff was courteous and got my order to me quickly. My burritos were as tasty as any that I have had from a Taco Bell. Normally these attributes are expected, but unfortunately we are not in normal territory these days.
This is one of the worst Taco Bell restaurants I have been to. We were pulling a trailer and the parking lot is small and not trailer friendly. There is no signage outside informing guests that the lobby is closed. This was a major inconvenience as we were dropped off to order in the lobby only to have to wait in the heat outside for another 30 minutes.The Doritos Locos Taco was cold, meat was disgusting, and taco shell was on the soggy side. The other items were close to expected, but seemed the meat was not as fresh as expected.The person handing our food did not accept my verbal feedback in a professional manner.
Workers forced us to use kiosks while standing watching us struggle. Passive aggressive service with a smile. If this is TacoBells new policy, then will pass it by. There are other options with service. Food was good.

Standard Taco Bell fare. Dining room was closed so we had to do the drive thru and eat in the car.....
If I could give this location a zero I would. I go inside to order because I want a person to take the order not a drive through. I am told to use the kiosk. I said I came in to place my order with cash. Again told to use the kiosk. If I wanted to use the kiosk I would have used the app on my phone to which they always mess the order up same as the kiosk. I am glad this location cares about customer services and assisting customers with taking order. This place and its employees are a waste. I will never go back to this location. A waste of space when they could have put a better restaurant in there.
Really could let things warm up. Pretty bad the cheese is never melted. Service is great. Depends on who is working the window if they are friendly or not. Been better this week tho
How Disappointing! Order my food to fine only two pieces of Stake in my tacos ?! And I order frys that only had 4 pieces in it! Pay for food you don't evening get to eat!
