I’ve never had an issue ordering from here before, but today I went in and they got both of my drinks wrong. I asked them to fix one of them and they tried to convince me that I was wrong and gave me attitude. I get the same drink every single time and it didn’t look remotely similar. All I did was politely ask her to fix my drink and the blonde girl was rude.
My niece went in here today and was treated so disrespectfully! Your workers are disrespectful and rude. Forgot her drink and asked “ are you stupid? Why are you standing there?” They were talking poorly about previous customers and had no manners. What kind of company allows the disrespect of their employees to paying customers???
Went to get coffee. There was a line of about 5 or 6 people. It took forever to get the coffee. I won't go back.

They are a busy location so it will take a little longer especially on weekends. I am a local and go there about 4x's a week, what I have a problem with isn't the wait but the cost. EVERYTIME I go there my drink is a different price and no explanation for why. If I bring it up they just say "I know". I literally get the same thing, nothing ever changes. Sometimes it's 6.25, sometimes it's 9.05 and today it was the most expensive 9.15. Same drink made the exact same way everytime but no real price, Hmmm... and if I ask I get" not sure", end of discussion. Product being correct 50/50 but that's everywhere nowadays.
Starbucks Ashland 822369992 This is NOT the place to go if you're on a road trip and want to get where you're going. There were 5 workers. We ordered 2 drinks and a grilled cheese. It took 28 minutes. Ridiculous.
I came in on Sunday afternoon around 2:30pm and it was the 1st big snow of the year. There were 2 employees and a line of guests to the door. The 2 ladies working were amazing! They clearly had some call offs and the two of them knocked out drink after drink with a great attitude to ensure all of us on this cold winter day could get our caffein fix on the road. Thank you to these 2 amazing women who powered through a tough day to make mine a little better. I greatly appreciate you!
Says opens at 7 but didn't open until 710 and the 2 baristas were standing behind counter goofing off when there is 3 customers waiting to get in. They are always out of something. Worst starbucks I have ever been to.
After a 20 min wait, a wrong coffee, this is what the girl wearing a mask under her nose confected…
