The one at the Goasis truck stop in Ashland, Ohio is garbage. The person that runs the register during the day and only runs the register and can’t help with anything else while nobody’s ordering is rude as hell and hides from customers at the door between there and the Taco Bell booth. The other employees, if they’re there have to interject and speak over that person when they’re being rude or making customers repeat themself when they’re speaking perfectly loud and clear. And if you deliver food you don’t want to take an order from there when you see it come up. It tells you when it should be ready and if you show up then that’s when they’ll start it without any regard for your time or customer wait. I’ve been delivering for a while and only have two low ratings. Both from when I took an order from them. Not a place I’d spend a dime or anymore time.
This location was closed when we arrived, there was a young girl behind the counter. At first she stated she couldn't sell us anything as they were closed. We tried to buy the food that they had, she ended up helping me and my girlfriend out as we were hungry and traveling. We just hope the young lady didn't get into trouble! Thank you again!
Has effectively become a "must stop" on our way back from Columbus. Such a nice stop in general but Popeyes specifically is fantastic. I've typically had horrid luck with Popeyes anywhere else but that's not the case here. Friendly staff, fast service, and fresh food. You really can't go wrong. The chicken sandwich with Cajun fries is a must have if you end up here.My only tip would be that if you're into coke products, grab a fountain drink from the TA/Goasis fountain instead.

I went in to order and they were busy being a Friday night no big deal. The lady said it would be a 15-20 minute wait I said no problem. I then proceed to order and she says oh wait it will be a 45 minute wait. Didn’t get a talk from anyone else telling her this. She just said it right after informing me it would be a 15-20 minute wait. Okay do you not want me to order is that it? She said yes. You can’t make this up. Unbelievable.
Waited for 25 mins for 3 pcs of chicken there was 4 employees and only ones doing anything was the cashier and the guy making th chicken in the back other than that they had a line around the corner and slow everytime just expect to wait at least 30min for your food then get to your truck and find out they forgot the spoon and chicken is cold and they they for got your sauce and all after spending 13 dollars over priced for some cold chicken than chunky old mash potatoes
For was awesome as expected, but see ice was really slow and they seemed fully staffed. Also check your order, we did and found potatoes instead of Mac and cheese. They immediately rectified the situation and were very kind
Love the food here..not fast, but worth my wait..potatoes are a hint spicy but very good..love the biscuit had just a hint of honey to it yummy!! Friendly service too!
It's always good chicken eating awww and there new mac~cheese homestyle is delicious......
They have all the right ingredients, just need to get the timing right so they provide fresh (quality) products.All the chicken received was tough as if it was sitting under a warmer for a while.
