Moved away from Ashland a couple of years ago, but still visit frequently. Had not visited Perkins in awhile and this past weekend we decided to stop for a late breakfast on Sunday. So glad we did. The food was amazing!! Even with the crowd, the kitchen and wait staff kept up seemlessly. Prices are in line with most places for breakfast, but the portions and quality exceeds many others. Stop and visit for a meal while you are in Ashland at Grandpa's Cheesebarn or Fin Feather & Fur Outfitters, both of which are conveniently located on each side of the restaurant.

Had dinner there last evening. Was a little disappointed. Yes they were short staffed and frustrated. (Servers were expressing their frustations loud enough dining guest could hear them) We did get a seat right away. Waitress was presentable but no communication or updates. Waited over an hour for 2 meals, was not offered refills on drinks, and she did not clear empty dishes or glasses. When checking out I noticed 2 young persons cooking in the kitchen, w the hostess who sat us, who were obviously new. Both meals did arrive warm. We will try again but it may be awhile.

Very busy, but did was not that good. For an omelet, toast and hash browns, they were luke warm and lacking in flavor.

My first visit. Just passing through.Nice to find a neat, comfortable venue so early on an icy and snowy morning. The hostess was exceptionally friendly and kind. The freshly made omelet came swiftly.I liked that coffee is served in a flask.

It was THE BEST Perkins restaurant that I've ever been to!!!!! And I've been to Perkins in different states. The service was magnificent and the food was great. Management was awesome as well. Perkins Ashland will be my new go-to!!!

Great simple food. It was healthy even without asking. No salt french fries and no butter or salt on broccoli. It was nice and refreshing.

We had an absolute great experience at this restaurant. Food was fast and very tasty. Our waitress sarah l was very attentive and done a great job.

Food was cold, mushrooms not cooked just thrown in with rest of food, bell peppers the same way not cooked food way under par, will not be back.this was my orderSteak & PeppersUSDA steak tips* with tender red bell peppers, grilled red onions, crimini mushrooms and a rich beef gravy served over homestyle seasoned potatoes.Peppers not even cooked, mushrooms not cooked, barely any gravy, extremely salty, payed $13 this meal barely worth $7

Remodeled and very nice. Food is very good. Great service. Have had breakfast and dinner here.

I used to go to Perkins with my grandfather many years ago, he's no longer with us today. But it's nice to know Perkins is and I think of him each time I stop in. Food and service is great.
