I hate to write this review, My family and I have been a loyal customer for many year's to this resturant, and they have been given us their birthday card's that offer's free dinner's. But yes I know it is only on dine in only, but a few times the manger Rob has given it to us for take out cause I have explained that my wife is is handicap now and barely can come into the resturant anymore. But as loyal customer's of the community we order food there often. I take it home to my wife because she has breathing issues and her mobility issues as well, she can not get out to often. He has let us even before the pandemic hit, so I do not even see the big deal? I am spending my money as everyone else. But still a loyal customer that has loved that resturant for many years, and so has our family members for many years. I just don't understand what is the big deal anyways? Even if we come in or take out our food, as we still spend our money there to the resturant. But it is ashame now that I will take my buisness else where because they won't offer it? Since they only offer those birthday card's onces a year. Well then I say then they should stop doing those birthday cards period. What if the person is really handicap and can't make it in to eat, and has one of those birthday cards? So we are now canceled our dinner's and now taking our buisness else where to eat, and it's a shame they made us to change our minds and loose our buisness. Now they blame it that the pandemic is over they are not honoring that process.Well they lost our buisness as local loyal customers for many years.

The food is mediocre, in much need of some flavor. The bread used for the Cleveland Club is very thin cheap bread, got soggy quickly and doesn’t hold up while picking it up.. prices are ok. Staff seems friendly.

My wife and I stop here at least once each trip to Ohio. My Mom and her partner visit at least once a month, sometimes more. We stopped in last night ~6pm and we’re quickly seated as there were a few open tables even though some seating was already closed. Our waitress was very friendly and probably got us our requested drinks and took our orders. Our food came out of the kitchen relatively quickly. Everything look and smell delicious. The only downfall was a cold baked potato that came with my fried walleye. My walleye was delicious, my wife noted her grilled cheese and vegetable tomato soup was delicious as well. I’ll take my mom‘s word that her liver & onions and beets were delicious! A hot baked potato would’ve been four stars. Did I mentioned that our waitress Sherry was superb? She absolutely was! They even offer a discount for Veterans!

This place is quaint, alot of older people but the food is good and the team that works there....sooooo super nice. The owner is such a help so nice 2 see.

Very good service. Very good All American style food. Good value for the price. Try the chocolate cream pie!

I've been going here with family since I was less than one year old. It's the perfect diner. Affordable with really friendly staff.

Lots of seniors in this town are unable to come in to pick up an order. They love your food, many were customers for decades. It would probably be a good business move to deliver to your senior and home-bound customers and busy families. Just a thought.

First time here. Super clean place, great service from friendly staff. Food fresh and very good. Would recommend this restaurant.

Beyond impressed!! This was my first visit and I cannot say enough about this place. The food was phenomenal. The service was friendly and quick. The thing that impressed me the most was how clean it was. I grew up in a family owned restaurant so I noticed right away! The place was spotless! You just do not see that anymore! Bravo...cannot wait to go back!

Really nice place to get a good food the people are really friendly and they welcome my mom's service dog
