A worker walked off after mixing up several orders...one of them mine, and pandemonium became the order of the day. I felt for the workers that remained because people were getting impatient...but in my opinion the workers were polite, and did their best under adverse conditions. Tbh...my pizza wasn't as yummy as it usually is from this store, but at least I saw the reason.
Compared to many other Little Caesars I've been to, this one has always been the best in all the areas. Never had an overly cooked pizza or one that has sat out for too long when bought (though I've had some close to it). Never was it cold and yeah, when they get busy there may be a wait but I mean, it's normal! I've been to a few other places that get things so wrong but this one has almost always been right and I'm thankful for that!
App allows you to order wings that they don't even have. When husband goes to pick up order they tell him and no refund given. Items that aren't available should be removed from the app. EDITED to add that our deep dish pizza was completely raw when we cut into it.
I ordered a pizza with veggies on it and they charged me for an extra most pizza and there's nothing extra about it and the pizza had so much sauce on it could not even grab a slice without it coming apart. And then didn't put almost any toppings on it for 4 dollars more, not worth it.
Great pizza NOT greasy, service was good. Had to wait for the hot an ready. None ready
Tried their hulu Hawaiian and was delicious!!! Our order came out pretty quickly too. Love their service and food!!

Hung up on me during phone order. Called back many many times and they wouldn't answer the phone.
