Disgusted with KFC. I’m already not a huge fan because of the low quality chicken they use. However we decided to stop in today to get some Nashville Hot Tenders. I ask the cashier for some sauce to dip my tenders in and im told they do not come with sauce. The manager tells me since they have Nashville sauce on them that they don’t come with sauce. However you pay more for that Nashville sauce so that makes absolutely no sense at all. Needless to say I absolutely will not eat here again.
I ordered online. I was across town, so I drove straight there. Upon arrival, one of the cashiers asked me how they could help me. I told them that I had ordered online and they proceeded to look my order up. They found my order and said asked the manager about it. The manager proceeded to tell them that my order “did not exist until five minutes before the pick up time from their website”. The manager was slamming things around and acted very agitated. I ignored all that and waited around for my food. I know that I should have checked my order before I left, but the manager bagged my food himself, so I did not expect to have any issues. When I got home, I noticed that two of my sandwiches were made wrong. I had ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches and two regular. I was given four regular. Not really a big deal. However, my fries were missing. Plus, I ordered strawberry lemonade and they gave me Pepsi. They also didn’t give us our dipping sauce for the tenders. No napkins, silverware, or anything. I called back and the manager tried to argue with me that there were no fries on my order even though I have an email of the receipt and that he only received an order for four regular chicken sandwiches and Pepsi, not strawberry lemonade. I am not saying that it’s not possible that their website malfunctioned. However, with his tone and the fact that he was argumentative, I decided to hang up. Especially, when he told me that he would “credit me for the fries“. With his standoffish attitude and the terrible service, I will not go back. The food was OK. The other staff members were friendly. The manager was very unprofessional though.
I came back to update my one star review. STILL ONE STAR!! Are the french fries edible at other locations because I have never been served eatable fries from this location?? No Pepsi with my order because your window person is not properly trained to give the drink before the food. Thank you for charging me for things I was not given and for fries that are not eatable!!
We went through the drive thru yesterday around 8:15pm and on there sign they had a 8 PC. Tender meal called the side lovers meal it came with 3 large sides, 8 tenders, and 4 biscuits for $24.99 so we told them we wanted that and the women working said they didn't have that special and the 8pc tender meal only came with 2 sides and so when we went up to window she had an additude when I showed her the picture of there sign that said it and I told her if it's advertised at that price they should offer it to us and so I asked for a manager and he came over said there's nothing he could do he couldn't change the price and my husband told him if he couldn't change price then they should change the sign and so he did finally take the extra charge off for the side but then they didn't ask if we wanted dipping sauce with the tenders and so we had to remind them about that, no butter for biscuits, and finally we got home and the side dish portions were so small the containers weren't even 1/4 full! Ridiculous for the price (almost $5!) and then the way they treated us like we were making up our own prices! -10/10 Wouldn't recommend! Go to Popeyes instead!
Food was good(just as always). Orders ahead and still waited inside for a while. I'm guessing it would have been quicker just going through the drive-thru. ? .
They have a tendency to not give your entire order in the drive through
My favorite... Mashed potato bowl! ??I often get the family fill-up buckets as well. I can feed the family at a decent price.
People very friendly. Clean environment. Menu is busy...hard to follow...food is tasty...love those Chicken Little sandwiches...hard to resist!!!

Fast staff.Some items did not takes right.Place needs to be cleaned a little bit.Bathrooms are vary clean though just the dinning room is greasy.
