I would give no stars if possible. At 9 am this morning, We ordered a sausage & egg croissant, a glazed donut, a Boston cream donut, a small coffee and an orange juice. The egg on the sandwich was FROZEN! They were out of glazed donuts so they gave us two random donuts, the coffee would not seal on the cup and kept leaking from the side underneath the rim. I rarely go to Dunkin and will not be likely to ever return. Thank you Simply Orange for making the best orange juice ever. Dunkin’ didn’t screw that up!

Very busy, one drink wasn't made correctly but it was remade by a very sweet young woman!
I had to drive to Cleveland and back to Columbus today and stopped here both ways. My first coffee was perfect, and so was the second!! I was so excited, thank you for an amazing coffee! I had the new signature salted caramel latte, delicious!
Provided a better breakfast than the hotel, but that's a low bar. Efficient, warm, and fresh tasting.
Customer Service approx 6pm on 3/10/22 was excellent. Esp the young gentleman at the front counter inside ??. Not seeing alot of that lately!
Drive thru is always fast. Vanilla Spice is my favorite because I don’t drink coffee.
Went through drive thru. Hot chocolate was very good. My everything bagel with cream cheese was burnt black on the top. If I had seen it before I left, I definitely would have asked for it to be replaced.
The young man at the window was so nice. I honestly rarely, if ever, leave a tip but did that day. Being nice goes a long way.
Got called Mr.Crabs because they miscounted the change and tried telling us that we were ten cents short. Considering the fact that we were right once they recounted I don’t see why it was necessary to call us Mr.Crabs. Apparently knowing basic arithmetic is not a requirement for employment.
