$7.99 large 3 topping pizza is a great deal that alone keeps me coming back. So many fun nights with college friends experimenting on half pizza's for the perfect combination has given me numerous happy memories of both pure delight and disgust. My favorite pizza place for the deal and the taste and the memories. Have been a fan for years and I hope it continues on for years to come!

Tonight, I requested the delivery driver to draw a dinosaur on the box and he did! So Amazing!!!

Was on the phone for 18 minutes on hold never would take my order ..very disappointed in the non service ....

Bro this is the worst domino's I've ever dealt with in my life, if you make an order you're going to wait 2hrs for it to come. If you try to call them they're not going to answer. Honestly it's quite ridiculous.

they don't know how to answer a phone, to cancel an order. or even last week when it took them 2 hrs to just make my pizza as I watched on the domino's tracker.

Placed an order online for a meeting at work for lunch and never received it. Tried calling all day and was finally able to get the phone picked up at 5:00pm. A franchise meeting left now one to open the store to fulfill our order. No one bothered to call or let us know so I was left with a room full of people who didn’t get lunch. Will not order from this location ever again. The order was refunded but i hardly even got an apology from the gentleman who answered the phone.

I ordered a sub from Ashland dominos. I pushed delivery and the system said carryout. I paid for the sub and would not go ahead and deliver my order. I was told that the system said carryout so they couldn't deliver it. I will never do business at this store again. Paid for a sub, system messed It up then they refused to deliver a paid order. This is a pathetic company. Everyone should go somewhere else, not here

The pizza was good enough for 2 stars but I would give 0 stars based on customer service and the joke that is online ordering. I ordered pizza from an email I was sent by Domino's telling me that I can redeem my $3 coupon from the week before. That would not process. Then I find an online $5 coupon which also would not process. I order online, print out coupons and take them to the store. Then I have to wait 15 minutes because the clerk on the phone is dealing with a problem order. The other 4 people ignored me so finally I loudly ask if someone can get me my pizza which has been sitting on the carryout shelf the entire time I am there. Then I ask if I can get these coupons redeemed. "Sorry, no" I am told (by the manager) because those are only for Website online orders for carryout. I tell her that I did order online and went to pick it up but she replies that they cannot take care of this locally so I must call corporate customer service. Where is the number for that I ask? I am told it is on the coupon but the manager cannot find the number. "Well, call 1-800 Dominos" she says and "if they can't help, they can direct me." So I end up paying $15.99 for a cheese pizza which I expected to pay $7.99 for. No apology, no freebie of any kind, no gesture towards good customer service. Very unhappy and frustrating transaction, similar problems happened the previous week but in case that was just a one-time fluke, I did not write a review then but twice in a row makes me feel that I must ...

Usually it is good. We like Domino's because it is a good balance between decent price and great pizza, and we have a lot of mouths to feed.I work close to home, so I go home for lunch. My wife had a hectic morning and said, hey can you order pizza? I said sure. I placed my order online. It said 12 minutes until ready. I left work after about 12 -15 minutes. Arrived at the store, walked in and she said "It's going to be another 45 minutes for your pizza. We have a very big order ahead of yours." I of course do not have that kind of time so I had to cancel my order. I ended up going long on my lunch hour trying to go to plan B (another restaurant). Plus the headache of figuring out what everyone wanted at the last minute from Wndy's. There was no offer of compensation, like a free pizza on the next order or nothing. Obviously I was disappointed and aggravated. This is not how you keep regular loyal customers happy.

All I can say is wow. Contacted the store & they are making it right. Not sure how it happened but this is the second time in 2 weeks I’ve had issues with the delivery staff.
