Worst restaurant experience I have had in years. Waitress told us our food should be out shortly, 15 minutes later she told us, she had just checked on it and it would be 3-4 minutes. My husband never seen her leave the dining floor. When our food came out, it was cold. Manager stated he watched them pull the burgers off the grill. He was actually cleaning up the mess to babies left at the tile behind us.Don't recommend and we won't be back.
I’m confused on the business strategy in this experience. We’re on our way home and driving through the area, arrived at ~7:40pm and the inside of the place was at maybe 35-40% capacity seated and the overflow and outside each only had one table occupied. We were told it would be at least 10 minutes before we could be seated because they were behind in the kitchen??? So, don’t seat us and let us get a drink and peruse the menu? Is the strategy to tell us we have to wait to be seated so we might leave and go somewhere else? I don’t get it. I say, we can’t go to the bar and get a drink while we wait? The hostess got the ok to let us go to the bar while we wait this crazy mandatory 10 minutes because we heard they were short handed in the kitchen. I totally am ok being told it that it might take them a little longer to get the food out to us but to make us wait 10 minutes to be seated for their kitchen. What if we weren’t here to eat? Just need someone to explain to me the strategy of NOT seating patrons because you’re slow in the kitchen. Makes no sense to me.
Melissa was the best waitress ever , Anthony palac
It’s too bad your best server quit. We used to come in every Saturday and sit in her section. Since she’s left we’ve been in twice and the service just wasn’t as good. Not that the servers aren’t nice, it’s just that one was annoyingly attentive and was checking up on us every 2 seconds and the other one was extremely slow and forgetful even though we were literally the only table in the entire place. We’ve since followed our favorite server to her new place of work. Too bad you guys couldn’t have been nicer to her and just given her the hours she wanted that no one else in the restaurant seemed to want. Y’all truly didn’t realize how great she is and that’s a shame.
Decent sauces... otherwise please visit someplace better in Ashland. O'Bryan's, Linder's, or Uniontown (Wednesdays only), have better wings, better beer, and worse interior lighting.
Not a very gluten friendly location. My wife who has celiac had no issues going to any other new to order wings and fries and such as they're baked. I guess this location doesn't treat gluten allergy folks as well as their other locations. She ordered what she could and we went about our way. Our server was friendly and another couple had chose us as a pay out forward that they do when they're out eating.
Food is typical Bar Food.. Decent service, Great Sports Bar atmosphere with Tons of TVs, and They had My PBR on draft that's always a plus.
My wife and I went in today to get a beer and wings. Stacy was our server because unfortunately the bar was full and Todd always takes GREAT care of us. she carded us when we ordered though we are both 40+. I was seated facing the bar when I saw her grab our 2 tall budlights and put them in her one arm with the rims of the glasses up under her armpit and her titty, so she could carry another glass to a table on her way to our table. she set the beers down and asked if we were ready to order. it took everything I had to remain calm and inform her nicely that we were leaving because we were not drinking beer that was in her armpit. she looked astonished, as if I had somehow insulted her. I'm insulted that she expected me to drink and eat after the "Service" we received. the level of service in this establishment after the 2 years of pandemic protocols is astounding. Very disappointed. Very insulted.
Busy...? Our waitress was running so much we could barely talk to her... she did an awesome job keeping up with us and all the large groups that she had. ?
Wrong & cold. Ordered online for the first time ever and when my husband got home, they had “forgotten” my cauliflower wings. He drove clear back across town and when he got there they told him they were “out of cauliflower wings”. I told him to get 20 boneless wings to replace my order and his since it was now cold and ruined and they proceeded to tell us “the cost difference from cauliflower to boneless is too much & they could only replace my wings”. Horrible customer service. Horrible dinner. 0/10 do not order online / make sure you check your order before leaving the store. Also, don’t expect much when they mess up your order. They clearly are not concerned about customer satisfaction.
