First day we called in our order. They did none of it correctly. We both felt I'll after eating the food we were given. We love waffle houses. We gave it another try. They refused to seat us. They said it takes an hour for shift change and they wouldn't seat anyone that hour. That was the night crew on 5/14/2022. Steer clear of this place, staff is rude lazy and didn't even get our food correctly.
Staff was friendly and welcoming! Food was made quickly and correctly! Layla (yes, named after the hit song, so good on ya Mom and Dad) was very friendly, assertive, and checked on us various times! Great to see good, wholesome employees in a time when others decide to stay home and not put forth the effort!
Server was extremely slow to deliver service. Had to wait 10 - 15 min upon arriving for the staff to mix & stock ingredients that should be done during normal operations without having customers waiting. Prices have risen in recent times bc I've never paid $50 at WH for family of 4 to eat breakfast before. Usually $30 or so. Why waffles went from $2 ea to $4.50 ea is crazy.
awesome food and server. Food came out fresh and delicious. I had a cool waitress. I ordered Blueberry waffle with scrambled cheese eggs and grits with bacon, sausage and grits.
Are the waffles supposed to be so thin and soft ? I expected a thick crispy waffle but it was basically a pancake. No good waiting area, tight booths to sit in, kept my coat on cause theres just no space. Half the restaurant wasnt accessible I guess for covid reasons. Not a good time
The young lady who was working was only 18 an so pretty it was a slow morning so I got I chance to talk to her an I found out I was in a very same town where it's hard to find a job an she was a very adorable young lady alwa ya s smiling an waiting on every customer that came in the next girl was late coming in so this real young girl was happy to stay over to get extra pay due to the fact that she only get paid low wages as a waitress because she is supposed to get tips but said most people don't tip because they get off freeway order make a mess an pay bill because that's just how some people are just plain rude and are never coming back it's sad how people don't care
The "regular staff" all called off, so they had a couple of guys from another location come in and run the place on Friday evening. I wish I had gotten their names so I could give them a shout-out, but hopefully these details suffice.These were hands-down THE best Waffle House dudes I've ever encountered (not that I'm a WH aficionado or anything). Rather than being annoyed that they were called in, they were friendly, positive and the food was unusually great!Thanks for being the unsung heroes of the pandemic staffing madness of 2022.
Excellent Customer Service the waiter was super nice! And extremely helpful , First time here @ The Waffle House heard so much good stuff about this location that we drove 50 mins away from our place to try it out nd I don’t regret it! Extremely happy and they we’re clean and nice another thing I liked about it here the manger don’t just sit back he came up to my table nd asked how was the food nd if they was anything they could improve! Really happy thanks Sam had a great time here! Coming back for sure!
Very bad customer service, barely used manners, there was hair in my food an the worker asked who’s hair.. being funny about it. I asked for extra cheese an she gave me my plate back an said there was cheese on it (obviously not enough) … worker was being funny over getting no tip an they all had bad attitudes because I guess everyone wanted to keep chillin instead of doing there job. There was no smiles an it was giving mad vibes. I don’t recommend.
Good food. Quiet dining. Great prices. Quick service. Will visit again
