Tim Hortons is a great place to go grab some breakfast but this Tim Hortons does have some supply chain issues from time to time.
My wife had to change her order 3 times because they were out of products. My coffee drink was at least 20% whipped cream.
I want to like this place since it's so close to my house, but unfortunately the two times I ordered breakfast my English muffin wasn't toasted and the egg, cheese, and bacon were served cold. I get that it's precooked so unlikely to make me sick, I just don't want cold food. The donuts are good and I don't drink coffee so I don't have an opinion on that.
Timbits are good but they totally do not pay attention to what you are ordering messed up my bagel and the english muffin was cold first time ordering here unfortunately may not go back because of poor service and lack of attention to what was ordered.
Stopped by to try out the doughnuts at 12:30 pm, saw 3 cars parked in the parking lot. Lights were on but the door was LOCKED. Sign on the door said open 5am to 7pm. Not gonna make money doing stuff like this.
My husband went yesterday and had a decent experience when he went inside to order and get food but today we went through the drive through and it was not a great experience to say the least. The person working the drive thru was rude and made a big deal when we ordered our coffee a certain way (like getting frustrated when she had to change her he coffee order because we added a flavor). Then, when we got the coffee, both of them were wrong. Also, when we went they were out of sausage. Luckily, some employee butted in while we were ordering and stated he had two half pieces left so my husband could have a breakfast wrap. That is really why I’m giving this a two stars instead of one. Overall, not good customer service.
food is good but they are out of a lot of items frequently. This morning they were out of both flavors of the omelete bites and hash browns. How does a chain that only sells breakfast run out of omelets and hash browns.
Great donut and coffee joint ever! Bring more of them to Ohio from Canada! Get there early as selection can be limited as the day goes on
I like the birthday cake timbits but U ordered a caramel latte and they gave me a regular latte. The latte might have been good if they gave me what I ordered. There’s nothing about this place that’s worth a second visit
Nice job and delicious food. Definitely coming back! The Irish Cream Latte is quite tasty too.
