07/22 7:09pm I drove all the way here, bc of the reviews.. I will never be back. I ordered and my total was completely wrong. I noticed, and the black guy (saying that bc I don’t know names) got a complete attitude, it was weird. He was trying to charge for sides when the sides said in the menu it was included. He then tried to day “only certain sides are included” but it wasn’t on the paper. So I decided to cancel my order, he didn’t give eye contact, horrible attitude very rude. The white guy at the register (saying that bc I don’t know names) was very nice, And apologetic , and said sorry about that (how black guy was acting) I hope you come back. I won’t. But I feel bad for him that he works. would recommend 0/5, first impressions are everything, and that guy, if he was the owner,., yeah, shouldn’t be his line of business. Whether the food is good or not, I wouldn’t know. But that attitude made a lasting impression. Will definitely be checking my card to make sure the refund goes on, since he was so dismissive.
The food was amazing..best mack and cheese I ever had.the food was also very fresh.im more then happy to take the hour and a half drive here.
Amazing seasoning, flavor and spice.

PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS, you can get lucky and your food might actually be ready on time, however don't expect that ever, you will be disappointed, if you do! Food, is also hit or miss and if you have to wait longer than told probably going to taste like trash. I would not waste your time with this place, customer service I would have to do a whole other review because there is really none! You choose to come to there restaurant and they mess up consistently, still is customers problem, deal with it. I feel the five star reviews are lies, or someone came in one time and hit the jackpot!
Very unprofessional. I went in today and made an order and was told it would be 20 minutes. I went back out to my car and sat for about 30 minutes talking on the phone then I went back in to get my order. I was then told it would be another couple minutes and after that another 10 minutes because my chicken was never cooked. I said okay and went back to my car. Not even 2 minutes go by and the owner comes out and asks me in a nasty tone if I wanted a refund. Remind you I never asked for a refund or said anything negative I just went back to sit in my car and wait . So I asked him why would I want a refund and he says because he doesn't like his customers being upset again in a nasty tone. I told him then yes maybe I do need a refund. He gave me my refund but I waited a good 40 minutes of my time to get no food and a nasty attitude from the owner. I had to drive somewhere else to place another order and wait all over again. Very unprofessional and will never get my business again.
