I haven't eaten from a Taco Bell in about 3 years. The food was ready at time stated and my order was accurate. The employee was really nice even though they were pretty busy. I probably won't go back here but only because I'm working on staying away from fast food. The food tasted great as well.
This drive threw never gets the order right. I wanted 2 HARD taco Supreme and they allways mess it up and either give me soft or forget the sour cream or something evertime! They suck. The one they just opened on Massilon rd is way better even tho it’s hard to understand where to enter.
I just received my Uber Eats order a few moments ago. I asked for hot sauce, and got mild. I paid an extra 96 cents for a soft taco SUPREME and got a regular soft one. Didn't even get a straw for my drink. This is my first and last time ever ordering from here. Thumbs down.
I work with doordash got to use drive thru because of covid and I been waiting here in line for more then 40 minutes don't understand why can't the inside be open for doordashers this happened on January 3rd, 2022 at 3:30 pm and still here at 4:11 PM
Everything was perfect. Hot. Delicious Drive thru service was fast, friendly and efficient. The store and parking lot appeared clean and well maintained.
This is by far the WORST Taco Bell. Especially when it comes to getting orders right! Every single time we ask for EASY bean they pile them on like we asked for extra. Workers at the drive thru don’t pay attention. I don’t know how many times we have to repeat our selves and they still get it wrong. They always give us hot sauce and hardly any mild when we ask for only mild. Our food is never hot and their menu has cut some of the best items i.e., taco salad, shredded chicken soft taco, Mexican pizza.A girl working the drive thru yelled at my mother for asking for a new crunchwrap after they put NO beef in hers. Really?!The manager named Amanda sets a terrible example for the people who work under her. Very poor management skills.And like so many other reviewers said.. the dining room is hardly ever open and they close the drive thru at random times when they’re supposed to be open.My family is just happy a new Taco Bell is opening in the area so we don’t have to come to this one anymore! Yippee!!
Very friendly staff there at this Taco Bell location the drive-thru line moved quicker than expected however the lobby was closed I don't know if that's a permanent thing or temporary you would have to contact the location for more details
This the friendliest, most efficient and accurate Taco Bell in the Akron/Cleveland area in my opinion. Never had a problem here and great staff.
