Tried to pull up for a quick bite to eat with only 4 cars ahead of us. When I got to the order box I sat there for at least 3 or 4 minutes before anything was said... To me... I could hear people clowning around in the background, sounded like a party up in there. Let's just say that they were so slow and unorganized that they were taking and making 1 order at a time. You weren't going to place your order until the person in front of you gets their food. Terrible service especially for a taco bell that has a single drive thru lane, can't even pull away when they take forever. Glad I don't live in this area cause I'd be taking an L by not going here. Also forgot our straws and sauce
The best from start to finish. The food is always fresh and my order is never wrong. If it was I know the amazing staff would be happy to remake it. This place rocks!
No personal service inside. 4 kiosks only ONE was working asked for manager but they never came up front. People were coming in to order or pick up orders and needed help but noone was at the front to help. NOT customer friendly. Several customers walked out without ordering. Frustrating. Not sure if they even want people to come inside.
Just don't go to this taco bell ? it's a joke. Food is always stale, no one knows what they're doing here. Used to be good , I'll drive an extra 7 minutes out of my way to go to a good one
The worst taco bell around. The food is bad, the lines are long, you literally never know if they're open. I went and was told they were out of steak,nacho fries, and taco shells????? How do you run out of taco shells at a taco bell lol. I love down the road from this location and it's just bad. The only reason they get business is nothing else on Canton Rd is open anymore after like 10. I work in Cuyahoga falls and went to the taco bell on state street and was amazed how good the food was. It just makes you realize how bad this one is
Very rude service last night from the girl with glasses at the window and they messed up my order. I even heard the girl at the window yelling at the lady in front of us that she wasnt going to give her money back from messing up the lady's order and then the next thing was the cops got called on the lady. I didnt even go back to get my order right because i didnt want the cops getting called on me either and didnt want to deal with the girl at the window. Very bad service. I'll never go there again.
My experience at this particular Taco Bell was not good. The young lady that took my order was rude, unprofessional, her behavior behind the counter while getting condiments for us was reckless ( yanking things, throwing sauce, spilling things on the floor etc. Her attitude and disposition was unprofessional and I didn't appreciate the way my food was thrown into the bag and then thrown into the counter in front of my daughter and I. I've never had an issue at this Taco Bell or with any of the people working there until that day. The food was good, but particular worker should've been held accountable for her rude demeanor -especially since the entire group of other workers saw how she behaved too.
I have to give these guys some serious props over the last year. I used to totally avoid this taco bell and straight drive to the Arlington location. But these guys have stepped up their game 100%
These guys literally always get my order right (I place mobile orders with substitutions - I’m a vegetarian) and are always SO sweet when I come to pick up. They repeat my order (with subs) at the speaker and make sure to ask if it’s all there when I receive it.Doesn’t seem like a big deal on paper but it makes the fast food experience actually nice.
Ordered $50 in food online. Said ready in 10 minutes. Got there in 15, so 5 minutes later. Drive thru was blocked by cones, dining room dark. Knocked on door, nothing. Called. After 3rd time they picked up and said sorry understaffed we will open back up in a minute. Ok. Meantime 4 other cars pull up. I was there first. Waited 30, yes 30 minutes in the parking lot. Then she comes out to move the cones for the drive thru and the other cars pull in. On the way back i said can we get our food first since ive been sitting here 30 minutes? No. So, had to wait in line again behind cars that were there after me. Then had the audacity to ask next time to wait at the speaker because of the times...really....really.....well you surely didnt have the timer on while cooking 1 order for 30 minutes. 45 minutes for taco bell. Never again.
