Waited for the Mexican Pizza, go through the drive through and ordered. Asked for no beans and extra meat. Charged for extra meat. Get home no extra meat and beans were on it. No large order just a number 9 and messed it up.
I walked in only wanting to order 1 mexican pizza. There wasn't any customers in line so I step up to the counter. The older counter person gruffly asked, \\\"Are you using cash?\\\" I held up the debit card in my hand and said, \\\"no.\\\" She then said, \\\"Turn around. You order there.\\\" I turn around and see a screen thats at about the height of my waist with a card scanner which has a small screen. To even see the screen I had to bend over to around a 90 degree angle. Because of a back injury, it was painful. On that screen it asked for form of payment, Apple pay, Google pay or PayPal. It didn't list debit card. I was confused as how to pay. I tried scanning my card without any luck. I then decided I would try to order first. I touched the larger screen and it opens a menu with a list of 10 or so categories. I have no clue as to which category a Mexican pizza is in. I didn't see a category called Mexican-Italian food. I make an attempt to hunt through the confusing maze of menu categories for a frustrating minute or two. I eventuality had enough and walked out without any food. I won't go back even though it's the closest one to my home.
Honestly this Taco Bell is usually one I avoid because there’s always issues, but the girl working the drive thru on 4/11/22 didn’t even bother to say words or acknowledge a customer at the window. Silently put her hand out to ask for my card, then didn’t even look at me when I said thanks. I get that working fast food can be miserable, I’ve been there. But there’s no reason to be rude.
Almost always issues with this taco bell. Today, for example, we were missing three items and hot sauce. When we went back, we still didn't get the correct items nor hot sauce. We were told we didn't order what we said we did, even though we showed the guy our mobile order receipt clearly showing his mistake. He refused to correct the problem. It seems to be better during evening shifts, but even then it's risky.
I am not particularly fond of the screens where I have to place my order but other than that the employees were nice and polite and I my order was taken care of very quickly. Bathrooms could have used a quick cleaning but the time frame that I was there is usually a busy time so I'm sure the employees were overwhelmed with customers and would get to it eventually
They took my order promptly. When I drove up to the window, the cashier was friendly. I got the food and it was hot and made exactly the way I ordered it.
to my comrades at taco bell:i would like to offer my full-throated support of your vitality and praxis exercised within the fiesta veggie burritowhile at first i found the seemingly arbitrary shifting of ingredients frustratingi now understand that instead of expecting the platonic ideal of the fiesta veggie burrito, i should embrace the item as containing a multiplicity of tools and intensities to be utilized for creative and revolutionary purposes, allowing for change and the birth of the newbut, while i generally grow weary of the left’s reliance on outdated signs and symbols, i do ask that you continue to add the “red strips.” the texture is nice. thanks
straight up just came after dance, I WAS TIRED and HUNGRY and i got two chessy bean and rice burritos and this is the best food ive ever had in my life whoever worked the night shift on 3/15/22 needs a raise
This Taco Bell is the slowest and worst drive through ever. They make people wait at the speakers and won't even let them pull around. It's Common Not uncommon to wait 15 20 minutes in the drive through. One star is one too many for this pathetic excuse. Who ever is running the place should be embarrassed for how bad it's ran.
We work nearby so eat at this Taco Bell often but they always have great service and food. The dining room n the who place is always clean!!! No complaints from us.
