Earlier today, I visited this location with my husband and we were very pleasantly surprised with the manners and hustle of these young men. Brett served us and he attended to our every need. Would definitely recommend.
Victor served me today and what a nice young man with a beautiful smile. Very friendly and kind he had my food back to me very quick. Thank you Victor my cheeseburger mushrooms and pineapple shake was delicious.. keep up the great service Victor.
A local Restaurant that gives back to the community, and provides jobs for college kids. Great food, fun atmosphere and let's you have solitude while eating in your car. Highly recommended for GalleyBoy Burger, and Great Milkshakes. A good variety of food.
I had an online order that said it would be ready by 10:06 I get there at 10:03 and the runner told me OK will be out in a minute… I didn’t leave there till 10:51 and I still never got my order because I had to contact in and cancel it after waiting close to a hour.I heard people pull up and place orders, who got there’s before mine, so what’s the hold up on what I ordered when I placed it online?!? There were 4 other cars there and runners outside talking so using “we may have been busy” isn’t an excuse for this.
Decided to make a trip to Swensons considering the fact it’s been a year since I’ve had it, and safe to say, best experience! I went to the West Akron location. I got my regular: Cherry-Orange milkshake with a chicken sandwich! My server was SeySey and she was amazing and super nice! Very gorgeous! She even came back to ask how everything was! Can’t decide if the next time I visit will be because of the service or the food! I will be back!!
Since it was recommended to me a few years back, Swenson’s has become a must for me every time I am in the Cleveland-Akron area. This specific location was recommended to me as the original restaurant, so I am pleased to say I have now visited the OG Swenson’s. I went with the Galley Boy and banana-peanut butter shake, which was fantastic as always. Was happy to have this NE Ohio delight. Highly recommend, cheers.
Server was great. Always appreciate how hard they hussle. The only complaint is the burgers seem smaller and the food just doesn’t seem as good as it once was. It’s still epic good and nothing like any other fast food. Wish they would go back to old suppler or ratios on their burgers or whatever it is they charged.
I love this place! Good food and great people working. Riley price and Nate Pavlovich are the first people that come to mind. Those two are great workers and very engaging! They made my experience at Swensons sublime!
Traveling back to my home town we had to stop here,for a double cheese burger, fries ,mushrooms and a milkshake.As always everything was Great, the burger was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of condiments ,the fries needed some extra salt but were hot as well as the mushrooms .Last was the thick and creamy milkshake ,tasty to the last bite.We were indeed Home Again.
Had a wonderful experience at this location, my favorite thing to get is a cheeseburger and onion rings. Best service around! My server Riley was extremely attentive and made us laugh.
