The guy with goatee was one of the most disrespectful food workers I’ve come into contact with. As soon as I went to order he started to complain. My order was super simple two same foot-longs and one 6 inch. The guy had all the lids on an hour before closing making the process take so much longer then needed. His attitude is what’s hurting him, I get it you can have a bad day, but taking it out on the customers when I was nothing but respectful and nice is wild. He was also complaining about how he didn’t get any tips.Just to shut him up and hopefully open his eyes I tipped him $5. There 100% needs to better training and leadership if people are acting like that.

I never do reviews but Tom made this experience one to write about. He was super personable and made me laugh- important in the service industry where right now people are overworked/understaffed & come off as rude. Tom worked quickly and the sub was still top tier. The store was busy and he was handling it all smoothly. Will return when I’m craving subway.

This place is awsome i would recommend to come here the staff is very friendly and quick and clean and everything is fresh i wish i could give these guys 10 stars. Will be back.

I have never had any issues with this Subway. The employees are the most down-to-earth individuals you’ll ever meet. I just had to post a review today because of the stellar experience I had. Oftentimes I’ll order through the app and it’ll be fine. However there are times where there are issues with the app. Today, I had placed an order for a 6 inch spicy Italian and a footlong bacon chicken ranch. The app glitched and I didn’t realize until after my husband picked up the order that the order was incorrect. I called the store and spoke with a very sweet associate who let me speak with the manager, Amanda. Amanda understood the situation completely and didn’t give me a hard time at all, even allowing us to keep the incorrect footlong and making the footlong we originally wanted free at no charge. Amanda, I don’t know if you’ll ever see this, but thank you. You blessed me and my husband today.

Good subs. Service ranges from excellent to poor depending on who is working on any given day.

Awesome customer service!

Pretty sure the employees need to go through another food safety program. Not only was the quality of food on display suspect, I witnessed no less than what would be 5 critical violations from the health department. I won’t be returning to this location. As an added bonus, I ended up with a long hair in my sub. Not sure if I should make myself get sick now, or wait 8 hours for it to kick in on its own.
