I placed an online order and subway decided to be generous enough and put BACON in my sandwich that i definitely didn’t ask for. This is so disrespectful for muslims because we cannot eat bacon but subway made me eat it without realizing. I only found out that there was bacon when i was about to finish the first half of the 12” sandwich then I stopped eating. I’m either gonna throw up or file a lawsuit against subway

This location has a drive-thru and its very convenient when you are in a hurry! Pretty fast also and always good food!

Came to pick up a door dash order and first was given the wrong order then tried to get someone’s attention and no one would respond .. waited in line for 15 mins and had to go back to the order menu to get someone’s attention and said they were still working on the orderHorrible service!

Horrible service!!! Kids working on their own with no adult supervisor. I had an online mobile order that wasn't ready. Then I had to wait 25 minutes to get what I ordered. I was told to pull over because other ppl indeed their food before me. How I'm not sure when the app said my food would be done in 10 minutes. I will never go to this particular subway again. I don't want to give this place any stars.

Totally understand under staffed environments but this lady was crazy rude. I called about them messing up my order and was met with a hung up phone call. I have worked fast food for 6 years. This is just beyond ridiculous.

I ordered a sub from this particular location on Wednesday 15, 2021. I show up to find out that everyone’s walked out and now I can’t get the sub that I paid for. The person at the drive thru couldn’t even make my sub or give me the proper directions to get my money back since I ordered through the app. I was told to call corporate and that’s it…. Thanks for nothing. This location is pathetic

Place was filthy. I watched the employee’s take care of 2people in front of me. I stood and watched them touching everything with the same gloves on answering the phone,taking drive thru orders,dropped something on the ground and pick it back up , making people’s subs,going in the back coming back to the front with the same gloves on.Then got upset with me because I asked if they could please change their gloves. Once I seen The food counter had other food droppings all in other ones. And how Idirty around the food containers we decided we wasn’t going to get any food and we would just get a drink well the machine wasnt working correct or something because their was no carbonation we Mentioned to the lady she shrugged her shoulders at us… we will never go back to that place again … horrible horrible

I will always give subway a five star review even when I get terrible service because I know it's not the whole franchise that messed up and as I usually get excellent service at the store on east Exchange St. My most recent visit was, let's say not as well as expected. I won't get into the details but I will say that after about 11:00 P.M. service isn't exactly up to par.

I ordered from them late at night while at work. They said they delivered my food but they did not. I tried calling the building and no one answered. I emailed them requesting a refund and they told me they had no order under my name so I sent them the confirmation email with the order number. I never heard anything back after that or never received my refund. Will never order there again.

They put the entire bottle of buffalo sauce on my sub. Didn’t ask for extra.
