Ate here a few times. It's okay. Basic Subway. No complaints or issues, but not the most amazing Subway in the world...

Have no idea if the people are good, no idea because I could not get the website to work. So sad, but hey, there are lots of other options around, I'd say if this Subway wants to stay open, well, maybe make it possible to order online with a website that actually works all the time and not just occasionally. Chicken Sandwich from the Kentucky Fried across the street was wonderful, could have been a sub if I could have ordered one.

Love the people here. Cozy dinning room. Would give a 5 but there's no microwave?

Definitely one of the nicer Subways, located in Springfield by Giant Eagle! Staff is nice, sandwiches always made decent and not slopped together which is an issue I've had at other locations. Was kinda bummed to see the Diet Dr. Pepper taken out of the fountain drink machine though, it was my favorite. But all in all, I'd drive out of my way to go to this one.

Placed an order over an hour ago. Called to check on it they said it was ready. After it wasnt here after a while and no update on "delivery status" I called yet again. She was very rude and said "I told you it was ready last time". I said "I placed it for delivery" she said oh... We aren't in charge of that sorry.... I said um.... So can you reimburse me? She said she doesn't know. She said she voided it and HOPES the money will be back in my bank account in a couple of days..... I said.. Awesome. So the $20 I had for dinner tonight is now gone. No food. And no manager to speak with for a better outcome. Thanks for a Terrible new years jerks.

We purchased two party trays and a cookie tray everything was packaged so nicely. Our sandwiches were perfect. Thank you subway

Placed a online order a hour and half before I showed up. i waited for 20 min at the drive through and when no one came to the window , i went in. They were just starting my food. Glad went in because they were making it wrong. When asked why no one came to window she said no one told us you were here. If you want to wait 40 min on a call ahead order and have it wrong then thia ia the place to go. No wonder Subway is loosing market share. Next time i will tell the wife to pick a better sandwiy shop.
