Went to this subway location yesterday and the two women working were very rude. No nice formal greeting either. I wish I would of got their names. Seemed like they did not want to be there. Definitely will not be going back to this location.
Tyler was awesome! Fast and efficient. The rotisserie chicken sub is amazing here
Took the time to fix a problem with a sandwich, apologized, and gave us a coupon to help make it right. Awesome job
The worst subway in all of Akron, and there are some absolutely garbage Subways around
No smiles, no greeting. Apparently something terrible must have just happened because they both were very rude. They weren’t busy. I don’t normally complain, but I thought the owner would be so upset if they saw these two treating customers like this. Neither one of them wanted to be there. I won’t go back to this subway. I was in a great mood going in and left upset.
Theresa was the only person there working. Constant line. She did a great job getting everyone their order. Who ever owns or manages this subway needs to recognize her. Thank you Theresa!
Had a good experience. Had to ask for a few more items to be placed on the sandwiches but other than that, great subs. Clean dining room and bathrooms.
