I'm a door dasher. I completely understand that places are short staffed. However, when I came into this subway to pick up my order (of 7 subs) they hadn't even been started. The lady working had told me that she had a lot going on before I arrived. While I believe this the problem that I had is that 2 gentleman walked into the store and instead of clocking in and helping this kind lady complete this large order they went into the back and were never to be seen from again. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the lady is kind. But having to wait in the circumstances that I'm in costs me money. I won't be returning as a customer or as a dasher.
People that work here are always nice and chill?
The food itself is fine most of the employees though mumble stuff under their breath and complain when they actually have to work or it gets busy and get grouchy when you don’t tip them. Sorry you’re not a server you’re not a waiter I’m not gonna tip you for what you already get paid to do if you don’t like it go somewhere else and be a waiter if you want tips. Closes about 530 every day because they either don’t wanna work or they don’t have enough help
I don't get frustrated often. This was frustrating. They gave me the wrong cookies, did not heat up my steak on my sammich and the bread was a bit crunchy. The young lady wasnt paying much attention and asked me several times what I said because it was crowded and had many loud people at tables. If I didnt have a 15 year old standing on my heels yelling in my ear and a lady shifting back n forth in front of me, I could have payed more attention to them messing up my food. Who eats cold steak? Only 1 of the 5 people were wearing face coverings. The experience was gross. How disappointing.

Ordered from app under the bogo half off, didn't happen, ordered 5 subs but only got 4 had to return for the other, none of the subs were cut, and 1 was with wrong ingredients.
At one time Subway was the place to get sandwiches but now there are tons of sub shops with much better food. That being said, it's a sub shop ... your not going to get gourmet food here.
Yeah i never got my food had a pickup order online at 2:10 my food wasn’t done until 2:55 i was told the line was long towards the exit but it wasn’t a lady order 5 sandwiches n there was 3 other people before me i got there at 2:10 before i go to work look to see if my food was on the area where they have food waiting wasn’t there so i paid for a sandwich i didn’t get taste great
