Excellent service, excellent food, very friendly, clean and comfortable.
i love starbucks. there’s about 5 drinks i rotate from. i usually go to the location on arlington road, but since this new location is much closer, i’ve decided to try it out. ive tried all of the 5 drinks i rotate with at this location and the only one they have ever made “correctly” was an iced white mocha.. somehow, someway, my drinks always never taste right.. the staff is very nice but i don’t think they know what they’re doing when it comes to making drinks? i gave this location multiple chance, but today i ordered an iced chai latte with vanilla sub oatmilk - it was terrible. same as last time with my iced matcha. i don’t know what’s going on, but i’m done with this location.
I always get my stuff here every morning...they always got what I need, and they always serve it up with smile...even if the line is around the building it doesn't take long. And they give our doggy a cup of cream too!
Asked for lite ice and then they gave me extra ice. Dragon fruit mix wasn't close to sweet
Long drive thru line, but they were fast in getting my order.
The staff is super nice. but their service is extremely slow and nine times out of ten their drinks don’t taste right, they are never consistent. i was really excited when they opened up so close to me, but even if i leave 25 minutes early from work (they are 5 minutes away from me) i wait so long for my one drink and pastry to come and end up being late to work. i never go there anymore for that reason.
I hate that they close early and you can’t use the Starbucks pay on your phone options because it’s not a corporate store how is this the only Starbucks like that that’s a little sketchy. I live really close to this one but I wish I could earn/ use rewards but they can’t do it and it makes me debate if I want to drive further to a different one just so I can earn my rewards.
