If you're wanting to stop and grab a drink on your way to work... please do not stop at this location! Prepare to be in line for a MINIMUM of 25 minutes. Baristas are super sweet, but not a good stop if you have plans to head to.
So, I don’t come to this location very often now that I work remotely. All other times I’ve went, it’s been a pleasant experience especially with customers paying it forward, however a week ago I visited with my sister and she had ordered a Trenta iced coffee with more oat milk than coffee. We got to the window and a barista basically scolded my sister for ordering it, stating that they were doing this as a one time thing for her. My sister understood and said that for a coffee like that she must have needed to pay extra in the future, but the barista told her that it was a HEALTH CODE VIOLATION to have more oat milk than coffee in her TRENTA cup. She then told her to just order a Venti iced coffee and have it in a Trenta cup ?♀️ I’m not really understanding her logic. 1. How is ordering milk in a coffee a health code violation? and 2. Why would I pay for a Venti when I want a Trenta and am getting a Trenta? Please explain. If it was simply a supply and demand issue or an extra fee they didn’t charge, please just say that. Because it sounds like someone was just making stuff up. And hey, if it is a health code violation, educate me as to why.
My iced Americano was average. They just don't have any consistency. I had the exact drink two days ago and it was perfect.
Honestly y'all need to get your life together I'm sure all of you have lived in Ohio that work there for a long time your parking lot's plowed your drive-throughs plowed but yet nobody's been at work in 2 days cuz of a little bit of snow y'all might as well just shut down you guys are pathetic six months ago you guys had an All-Star team now you're all stars left and you guys are nothing but a bunch of not knowing how to work together grimy crying little babies every time I come here you guys are crying about stuff Little things there's people homeless living on the street living in the snow that you won't go in to get to work to make money I will never come I will never come here
I never have an issue with service at this location but despite being open on the Starbucks app, I was told today that they were closed for renovations. There is no sign that says this, it should be posted largely out front. The parking lot also really sucks.
The staff at this location are always super nice and cheery. They also never get my drink wrong! Fav location to stop at!
Never a problem. Best staff. Love the pumpkin cream cheese muffins.

Absolutely the worst Starbucks experience I've ever had they need way better staff and let not even start with the parking lot if I could give zero stars that's what they'd get....
Employees keep changing and went almost 5-6 times in a row not a single time so far have they not messed up my order or got it right from the first time to a point one of the employees was arguing with me on which cup size was the largest and I was right... "Ended up with the medium size" when i was clear saying i wanted the biggest one they had...
